AC Quality Construction was awesome. We got their name from a neighbor who had used them and loved them. They we super responsive and started a week earlier than initially planned. We had previously had a roofing contractor do the job, but they did not fix it and we had all of the same water damage again. It was a complicated issue. Adolpho and his crew did enough diving in and figured out the real problem, which was way worse than we thought. They fixed everything and did very excellent work. They were curteous and professional. Were also had them do some grouting work and tile install that all went great. we were so impressed that we asked them to do the initial work of setting up a workshop in our garage, so that I could then do the finish work. They fit that in before they left and did a great job. I tell everyone that I know has work coming up that they should use AC.

I cannot recommend AC Quality Construction enough. Adolpho and his team were incredible. The prices were fantastic and the quality of work was truly professional. We needed quite a bit done in a small amount of time and they did not disappoint, which took away a lot of stress for us in the process. Their quality of the work was excellent. All flood restoration work was accomplished continuously in two consecutive days as scheduled. They were attentive to virus precautions and worked continuously to give us the least exposure. This included seamless coordination with their carpet subcontractor. They met all cost requirements of our Insurance provider. We would definitely recommend them to others and use them again.

I am writing to give AC Quality construction the highest praise possible for the work they did on my home. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and their work ethic was truly outstanding. They arrived each day before 7:30 AM and often did not leave until after 6 pm. Each day before they left they did extensive clean up which was unlike any other contractor I have ever had. At the end of the project Adolfo had a cleaning crew come in and completely clean my entire home from top to bottom. The value we received for this work was fantastic. Initial consult and contract was stress free and easy. Project was completed on time and within completion date. They did a great job! I arranged for them to remodel my mom's bathroom. They removed existing vanity, shower door, fixtures, floor and shower tile. They tiled the floor and shower, painted the room, installed the vanity, toilet, and fixtures. They protected the floors and put plastic up to contain the dust. They cleaned up every day. The work was done on time, professionally, and it looks great! My mom was very happy with their work and was comfortable having them in her condo.

First and foremost, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Adolfo Chosco and AC Quality Construction for the excellent craftsmanship that was recently demonstrated when they repaired two areas of my home that had weathered severe water damage. One area was the result of faulty plumbing repairs conducted by a MAJOR, well-advertised Maryland-based plumbing company, and the other resulted from poor craftsmanship, and caused the door-jamb to rot and mold growth around the entrance my home. After several months of diligently seeking a viable contractor, who either failed to show-up or even return my call, a highly recommended residential broker in the area, Ahmad Wardak with Coldwell Banker, recommend Aldolfo Chosco and AC Quality Construction for consultation and possibly a contractual engagement. As a result, we scheduled a meeting a couple days afterwards with Adolfo, who assessed the areas; the root-cause of both situations and agreed to get to work the next day. Needless to say, my expectation from this team of professional contractors far-exceeded my expectations. The work was not only completed with expert precision, but both damaged areas were repaired and restored in a manor that improved those areas prior to what existed before the water mishaps. We are so pleased with the results, such that my partner and I have made an agreement to contact AC Quality Construction for any future home repairs or improvements, period. Adolfo and his team were a pleasure to work with in every way. Each project was completed on time, with the highest quality outcome, and at a very reasonable price. Great. I would not have purchased my house if it wasn’t for this company. I had new bathroom added, kitchen remodel, all the floors redone(carpet and hardwood), whole house painted and deck refinished. All the work was done in less than a month. The owner Adolfo was one of the honest and trustworthy people I have ever done business with.
