I called ACS and he came out and said I needed a new drum. The cost was $250 and he said the machine was otherwise in good shape. He missed a few appointments to come back but eventually came back and replaced the drum. Two days later we were overwhelmed with a burning electrical fire smell. It was the machine. After more missed appointments he came back. Said the motor was burned out. He asked if we could split the cost of a new motor., $400 split by two. I said ok, I needed the asking machine fixed. He promised to come back with a new motor. More missed appointments. He finally said that it was not worth fixing. He said he would give me a refund of the $250. He said he would come take the drum out before I threw out the machine. He never came back and never refunded my money. I contact him every week and every week he says he’s coming to drop off my money. This has been going on since a January. It’s April.

ACS Appliance Repair was hired to fix my microwave. Alfredo Carrasquilla, the technician/owner came and looked at the appliance and indicated that parts have to be ordered. That was on 12/27/18. I have contacted him 3 times since then and he always tells me that he will call back with a update on the part. Never heard from him nor his team. The times I spoke to him, he was rude. He was quite happy to get a bad rating and not do the job - the arrogance. Basically he took my money and vanished, with no intention of doing the work. DO NOT hire this guy.

I normally do not write reviews but this was such a bad service i had to. Well actually there was no service done because he came by and barely checked my fridge and said the problem was the door. i PAID for the service fee and he informed me that estimate will be sent in a day or two. I called after a few days and he said that he will let me know "by tonight"...tonight never came and never received a call... don't bother coming back. I will contact someone else that will actually perform the job. My fridge is still broken and i am out $75 dollars!!!!

Alfredo was great. He called before coming over. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the drier drum roller and replaced.

Problem was quickly diagnosed as inverter failure. Afredo ordered the part, came next day and fixed it. The fridge was GE monogram and no one else wanted to touch it. Would use again

My freezer clearly was dying on Saturday night. The following Sunday I called ACS and left a message. He called back maybe five minutes later and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He came over, looked at the fridge, saw what had to be fixed, and replaced the compressor. It was as easy as something like this could be.

Alfredo came right at the promised time. He quickly assessed the problem, found an igniter in his truck, installed it without hesitation and the oven came back to life. On the phone he had promised that the $65 cost of the visit would be included in the price of the repair and it was, as promised. He was respectful and explained the problem and the solution clearly.

Alfredo was fantastic. Not only did he come out late on a Sunday afternoon when more than 10 others said no but he rigged a temporary fix to keep the fridge running until he could get us the new part we needed on Monday. We also just mentioned that our dishwasher was leaking and he looked that over too and diagnosed the problem with no extra fees. Our part wasn’t in stock right away but by Wednesday he was back and fixed us all up! We had to wait on the dishwasher for a couple weeks for payday but as soon as we called he came in and no only did he fix the seals but he also cleaned out the bottom of the machine and showed us how to do it ourselves. I very highly recommend Alfredo, he was friendly and professional, worked quickly and explained what he was doing as he went. His prices were extremely reasonable and he was more than willing to be flexible and work with our crazy busy schedule.

Alfredo did an outstanding job. I had multiple repair people come to try to repair my freezer unsuccessfully and Alfredo fixed it right away. He is really knowledgeable on all appliances. He is very pleasant to deal with, reliable and very reasonably priced.
