This has not started due to an expired license . I have provided Asce with a substantial deposit for material and they will not return calls or messages. It has been 5 months and nothing but excuses for the no shows. Sanbernadino County will not allow work to be done under his expired license. This is a verified contractor listed on Anji

Art was on time, seemed profient, was pleasant & respectful per my 87-yr-old Mom. Everything went smooth, Mom & I relieved & happy to get power restored. Right before bedtime, alittle before 11PM we saw that power to same outlets wasn’t working. We re-routed power to fridge with extension cord. Too late to contact Art & we were tired. Texted Art 1st thing in AM, explaied outlets power was out again, asked Art if he had time to please stop by to check the outlets to see why power is out. Art texed back ‘Yes’ but Mom said that he never showed up, no call or text. Still haven’t heard anything from Art & it’s almost 11PM the following night. Now we’re back where we started without power to 3-4 outlets but less $$ check we paid to Art. How can we get our electrical problem fixed? What do we need to do? Please Advise, Patti & Erika Harris
