The service went well. They did a pretty good job and they were thorough.

I was quoted $150 for my gutters but after the work had been done, the worker told me the bill was $200. I disputed this due to the lower quote and they eventually agreed. When I went to pay them, they then told me that they could only take cash or check despite the fact that when I got my quote, I was told I could use credit card or paypal as well. I contacted the owner, Alex, and was able to pay using paypal. After the workers left, I walked around my house and noticed piles of leaves and debris from the gutters all over the yard. When I expressed concern about this, all I got was a text from the owner saying "sorry". When I then expressed further concern about not only the work but the customer service as well, the owner was very rude to me. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Excellent experience. They power-washed the outside of my home and washed all interiors and exteriors of my windows. I called and set up and appt for the same week. Alex and his team arrived early and worked diligently with great attention to detail. They took their shoes off in the house. I had them clean the large pendant light fixture in my foyer that was very dusty. Everything is brilliantly clean! Very friendly and hard working team. Thank you!
