Action Paving responded quickly to my inquiry for an estimate. After grading the area, they laid the asphalt for my driveway within 2 days. It looks great! The owners Johnny and Debbie were personable, receptive to my concerns, and delivered a quality product. I’m happy to have used this family owned business.

I selected Johnny for this job because he offered a reasonable price and told me he would provide 4 inches of crush and run for a base and 3 inches of asphalt. The area was already graded by another company using a laser level on their machines bucket, set at 4 inches below final grade. With 7 inches of material, I was afraid there would be a slope down to the garage threshold. No need to worry, I'm lucky if there is 2 inches of material in the driveway. There are patches all over the driveway. Added material around the thresholds making a ramp up to the door. I asked for a paved walkway to the door so a wheelchair could get in. Again there is a patchwork of material ramping up to the front stoop. No way a wheelchair would easily get in the door. I called, texted and emailed numerous times expressing my displeasure at the final job. Johnny agreed to come fix it, but then ghosted me for the last 2 months. Go find another company. They also left 2 piles of trash at the job.

Weeds came thru asphalt. He repaved but still more weeds. The man don't know how to pave or he is a scammer.

Three days after my initial contact work was completed good work good price and very courteous

they were a bit delayed on getting me an initial quote, but once received and when I made the decision to proceed were very responsive. worked well with them to define the scope of work being performed. my only disappointment was that they ran out of materials and didn't get the drive to the point previously agreed to, they gave me a discount, but would have preferred the services performed as originally agreed to.

The service went smoothly. They came in the service location on time and finished the job in a timely manner and they did very well. I will recommend them.
