I signed a contract to have my roof replaced with them over three months ago. After dozens and dozens of inquiries regarding the status of my new roof permit approval, I just learned today that after three months, they never even submitted the paperwork to the city. I can’t tell you how many times I called them and was told that it was with the city in permitting. I asked them over and over again to give me a copy of the actual application so that I could follow up with the city myself. They refused to give any of that information to me. Now I know why. There was no application submitted. In addition, if you do business with them, you can forget about any communication on their end. 100% of the communication that took place over these past three months was my initiating it. I can’t tell you enough to stay away from these folks. They’re absolutely terrible.

This company is amazing--I don't know the names of all the supervisors and workers, but they were all stellar. Our roofing job was complex in that it involved taking off 25 year old metal roofing panels to redo and reposition our flat roof. This was accomplished without damaging any of the panels and the flat roof was beautifully rebuilt! Kudos to Will T. for his coordination and scheduling of our job. We highly recommend this company!
