Excellent. The sales team made a fine presentation. We were impressed with the quality of the product. After some emails we decided on a smaller installation than originally planned. The price was very competitive considering the quality and length of warranty. The install team were very good, even handling a couple requests on the fly. They went the extra miles to get us the panels we wanted and we really appreciate the effort.

We had scheduling problems. First time he had to cancel because he went out of town and his return flight was cancelled . Second time, he called to ask for an extension because he needed more time with another customer. Third time he was stuck in traffic, which I then tried to cancel because I did not want to wait. but he came anyway and left me with a report. the report was good enough so I think the $59 price I paid was ok.

Could not have been better. Our project presented a number of challenges, including a 250 foot run from the panels to the utility box,our desire to not route cable under the house eves / in attic, wanting best quality panels and inverters (not china crap), a long association approval process, wanting a TEDD monitoring system rather than the standard internet based ones mandated by big solar, etc. We had a number of proposals from the "Big Guys", and although they appeared to be a "safer" choice, we found that they simply could not meet all of our criteria. It was their way or the highway. Chris and his team were very professional and a true pleasure to work with. We would offer an unqualified recommendation for Active Solar. <br />
