ACU SYSTEM HOME INSPECTIONS

We arrived at our scheduled time for the home inspection. Robert was already there going about his business! He was very, very particular about going through every minor detail and explaining to us about how things worked and how they should be working, what to worry about and what not to worry about. We spent a good 4 hours at the home. He gave us suggestions and since we were new to pool maintenance, he ran through the entire upkeep. Very friendly service.

I was able to schedule the inspection for the very next day. John arrived right on time. He was very attentive and provided a thorough inspection of the affected areas. He also provided suggestions on how to limit further impact to the house.

I called and had a very pleasant experience with the receptionist who was able to schedule my inspection very quickly. In fact, I believe we set it up for the next day. The owner himself was able to do the inspection and he was waiting for me at the house on the day of our appointment. John was very friendly, knowledgeable and I was very pleased with the entire process. This was a win-win situation for my first time using Angie's List and Acu System Home Inspection. I would highly recommend both!

When I originally called for a quote, I left a message and Mr. Swain called me back within the same day. He was very nice over the telephone and explained the inspection process to me very clearly. I inquired about an inspection on a home we were purchasing that was built in 2005. In addition to the home inspection, we asked him to do a termite inspection. To be on the safe side, I asked him about performing an inspection for mold which he told me was very costly and that with the age of the house, it probably was not necessary but that he would bring the kit in case he felt it was needed. He was very thorough while doing the inspection, he even showed us how to use the appliances and explained how we could repair some lines in the block caused by settling. When he completed the inspection, he set up his laptop and printer and he was able to print out the inspection documents for us before he left. We have moved into the house now and could not be happier. He is highly recommended!

Mr. Swain was quite willing to do the type of modified inspection that we needed. He is very knowledgeable about the type of building we were purchasing and gave us lots of information and advice about our new (old) home to be. I would highly recommend him to inspect an older home.

Robert was my home inspector. I happened to tell him that I bought these 3 items but did not know how to put them together. They were all in a million pieces. He was wonderful. The workmanship was done with care. He even gave me tips on the reverse osmosis systems maintenance.

John was quick to respond to my request. He was on time to do the inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and looking for. His report book that he leaves you is very informative. He seems to be proud of his work and enjoys what he does... it shows!

Overall, the experience was excellent. Inspector was punctual, very nice, and charged a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend.

They are very helpful and very honest. They let me know that this wasn't exactly what they do, but that they'd help me out as best they could.

HE IS VERY THOROUGH AND EXPLAINS EVERY ASPECT OF THE HOME TO MY CLIENTS. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH HIM. SLOT AT LEAST TWO HOURS FOR THE INSPECTION. I CALLED HIM 2 MONTHS LATER WITH A QUESTION, THAT HE PROMPTLY ANSWERED. HE WILL EVEN PRINT OUT THE REPORT RIGHT THERE IN THE HOME. PRICE IS BASED ON SIZE OF PROPERTY.

I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND WILL USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE. MR. POMICE WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I THINK THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR ALL THE EXPERT INSTRUCTION AND ADVICE HE PROVIDED AND THE THOROUGH INSPECTION HE PERFORMED.
