Everything was done timely and correctly. All communication was great.

Water dispenser water flow from refrigerator was not working. Water was down to a trickle. Mr. Edward's went through diagnostic process to assess the root cause, identifying an issue with the inlet valve. He promptly ordered the correct part and performed the part replacement once the part was received. Water dispenser now works properly.

Bill keeps good communication throughout the entire process from first contact to final payment. He is very polite and easy to be around. As a single woman, this is important to me. I had the igniter on my gas oven replaced. He worked quickly, carefully, and professionally. I am delighted with the results and gladly recommend him.

Bill came on a Sunday afternoon because we had a UL code on our washing machine that wouldn't spin. He diagnosed worn suspension rods and suggested replacing them. We bought the rods through him. He came back a few days later and installed them. Once he installed them, we tested the machine, and it still did not work. He moved the machine and noticed black marks underneath it. He told us the engine was dead and it was not worth repairing. It was better to replace our machine with a new one. Bill is both friendly and professional. But we paid $300+, and our problem was not resolved. And we had to purchase a new washing machine.

After 6 months of usage, our clothes washer needed to be releveled to eliminate banging in the spin cycle. Bill arrived within 2 hours of my posting my request on Angi and took less than a half hour to totally fix my problem. On his way out the door, I casually asked him about an electrical issue I was having with my stove hood and he quickly identified the issue there also and, with my app, ordered a bulb receptacle and scheduled to return next week to repair my second and different kind of problem. I found Bill to be very personable, knowledgeable, and effectice, and who showed up and started solving my problems.
