After paying aAfter hiring them for installing garage cieling lights, bathroom exhaust, wall heater an all new electric outlets for my basement I discovered that they missed 3 outlets after paying for 15. The biggest problem that I discovered after they left was the main ceiling light in my basement was not working and an entire wall of outlets not working. I emailed and called and got no response back.

"I would have loved the opportunity to fix the issue. I was not informed and you never called me. I thought we had all the outlets, plus I didn't charge you for the switches. Not to mention that $10 each is a significant discount. A breaker was most likely left in the off position. If not, it is still under warranty. I didn't charge you for installing the exhaust fan duct through the house or recessing a wall heater, which I don't normally don't do. It has been over a year since you hired us from Angi. You hired us three times. I am sure we could have rectified the problem had we been given the opportunity. I came back"

I contacted Adam Electric on a Tuesday and by the end of the week I had an estimate (same day as consultation). Not only were they the best price, but there was no pressure to add on anything extra. Michael made sure I understood what would need to be done and let me explain exactly what I was looking for in the kitchen. The job was scheduled early the next week and completed in one day, wow! Before anything was cut, it was marked and I got to see what it would look like before the next step--I really appreciated that. The job was completed and turned out even better than I was hoping, and they left my kitchen spotless! It absolutely changed the functionality of my kitchen and couldn't believe the quality of work that happened in such a short amount of time. This will definitely not be the last time I hire Adam Electric; they are great people, easy to work with, trustworthy, and provide a wonderful service!
