Hello, my name is Adam and WELCOME to Adam's Air and I. R. Technologies. Please let US keep YOU cool AND safe. Let me explain. Our company can take care of any cooling needs you have when it comes to your air conditioning. I've worked in the HVAC business for all of my adult life (13 years) and we can do it all. Residential or commercial. Installs, replacements, maintenance agreements, diagnostics and service calls (discounted with maintenance agreements). But that's just the A/C skills we have and the A/C needs you have. But let us keep you and your home or office SAFE as well. You see, you can also have us do a Thermography Inspection of your home or business by a Certified Thermographer. This is done with some of the latest technology using Infra Red Thermal Imaging. When finished you'll know IF you have any risk issues with your Electrical panel where your circuit breakers are located. Also your electrical outlets around your home or office will be checked. How's your insulation? We can quickly and easily show you if you’re losing cool air on hot days due to poor insulation. Although all this might sound somewhat impressive let me assure you that our greatest asset is our integrity to never do you wrong or to try to get you to buy things you don't really need. You see, we know it's not easy for you to know which company to trust and who to use for your Air Conditioning needs. My employees are paid for the work they do. Their pay is NOT based on sales. If they do sell you something it's because you NEED it or it's something you don't have but YOU want it. After another A/C co (Cool Air U.S.A.; Grade: "F") failed to fix my A/C, after 7 visits and over $1,000 spent, I found myself at 10:00pm, July 3rd, with an 82o house.  It had been that temp for three days and several attempts by the above named company, who I found out would not be out till the next day.  ENOUGH!  Here's where Adam's Air came in.  Here's the timeline <br /> 10:18   Left message for the need for a service call asap.  <br /> 10:30   Adam called me back.  I explained the situation in detail. He was patient and seemed very understanding of it.   <br />             He asked how soon I wanted a tech there and I said ASAP.  <br /> 10:46   Marty, the tech called, and asked I text him my address  <br /> 11:05   Marty arrives, in a uniform, no less. He listens patiently as I explain the situation with the other company, <br />             show him their repair receipts, and he reads all their notes. <br /> 11:10   Marty pulled the T-stat off the wall, inspected it and it's connections carefully and declared the problem Found!   <br />             The T-stat was missing a key wire from the air handler. He looked at the pile of receipts and asked "How many <br />             people from that company worked on this?"  (the Answer is NINE in all, never the same guy twice!)  <br />  11:20  Marty started work on running the wire and when finished, checked the outside unit as well.  <br /> 12:35  Done, the receipt clearly stated what work was done, Marty took the time to answer all of my questions <br />            and professional, despite the late hour.   <br />            And the air works fine! <br />

It went very well. They were very professional and communication was good in person, by phone, and by email. He offered me multiple options for the systems at three different price points. He explained each option and helped me choose what was the best for my house. He offered me a warranty and they have been very good about calling me when the time comes for free service.

Our central unit needed replacing and needed a technician. Called dispatch and within a few hours two experienced AC engineers showed up and were excellent with trouble shooting. I was expecting the worse news that the unit needed replacing, and when the quote came in, I was expecting to pay much more. My electric bill drop by $50.00 dollars per month. And the house stays a constant temp throughout. I would call this firm again.

The job was well done from beginning to end.  We were kept informed at all times on the progress.  Despite that the owner of the business and one of his top installers came down with the Flu in the middle of the job, they gave it all they had, working Saturday, Sunday and well into the nights to deliver a timely and thorough result. <br /> Most importand, from the start, I was given the impression that providing neat and friendly service was their goal..  The was no one in their crew that I wouldn't be pleased to have as a member of my family!  They wore booties over their shoes; they used drop-cloths everywhere, and they removed pictures and furniture wherever their might have been any risk of dust. <br /> <br /> <br />
