Sloppy work, destroyed my gutters, didn't not protect my house from overspray during painting of gutters. Taking him to small claims court to recoup destroyed property. Was not prompt and and took no responsibility for mistakes. Looked on facebook and had complaints there as well as BBB. Would not come back within 3 weeks to fix problems. He acknowledged to me, that his workers didn't seem to have knowledge of or posses skill to do the jobs. Would not recommend services. Will support work with photos after small claims court appearance.

Went fine. Doug is a good guy and he worked all day to do the job; also gave me informal estimates for other work, for which he indicated formal quotes would be provided.

First I tried to e-mail Doug Adams 3 times to try and setup an appointment. After no response I called him, left a message for him to call me. He did call me back and we setup an appointment for him to come clean my gutters on December 20, 2017 at 8 AM. I told him I was also interested in having my windows cleaned inside and out. The day of the appointment I stayed home from work so I could be present for Mr. Adams. He no-showed. He never called to say he wasn't coming, he never called to reschedule. I have a lot more important things to do than chase down somebody that's been paid to do something and is worthless when it comes to getting the job done. So I guess I threw away $99 as the "deal" expired on May 10, 2018 and it's May 22nd today. Live and learn (hopefully). I don't think Angie's List should allow shady companies to offer special deals on their web site.

Work was done promptly and according to agreement. Was notified of damaged areas of the house that squirrels had gotten to. I appreciate that insight!

They did a great job,actually more than was expected!!..were always ready to answer any questions(more than once for this 76yr old!) Would use them again! They repaired some old damage that had been a problem for years(water would become a "lake"in front of the garage)and that I thought would have to be replaced! Thanks!

Gutters were leaking and Doug and his assistants sealed the seams. Doug noticed that the gutters were coming loose in a few places and he reinforced those areas. In addition , they removed a section of gutter from the second story that we no longer wanted. Greg and his team did a very good job and completely cleaned up the work area. We would definitely hire them again for future jobs.
