I posted on Home Advisor asking for help with my garage door which I couldn’t get to close. Adam called me within minutes of my inquiry and helped me trouble shoot my problem. He walked me through fixing saying if it was an easy fix I could handle myself it and would save me $$$$$ . What an honest guy! I fixed it myself, under his guidance. I called Adam around 1pm, as the spring on my garage door snapped. He told me he could come by 2:30. He look at the system and gave me an estimate and explained that as a small business owner he is charge some serious fees for using things like Yelp. His price was a little higher but he basically told me he would meet me where I would be happy. I agreed and he went to work. He had the springs in stock, which he installed a job well done. He cleaned and tightened everything up, as well. I then asked him if he could explain how to change the seal. Adam told me he would do it as it is just sliding it off an on. I wrote him another check for a little bit more. He would not take it. Well, the job actually took him (and I helped some) another hour and a half because the runner was all bent. He cut and installed a new one, changed out the seal as it was not big enough and generally put in a lot more effort. He would only take that small extra payment. He told me if I had any issues, to call and the work had a two year warranty. Amazingly honest and dedicated to keeping a customer happy. The reviews are all great because he runs a great business!

On Sunday afternoon, I tried to open my garage door, but it only went up about a foot and wouldn’t go any higher. Upon inspecting the garage door, I discovered that one of the springs had snapped. I needed to get the door open to charge my Tesla, so I requested service through Angi. Almost immediately after submitting the request, I received a call from Adams Garage Door. The owner personally reached out and kindly explained the type of spring I needed, as my old wooden garage door requires a heavy-duty spring. He offered a great price and quickly brought the necessary parts and tools to fix the issue. Amazingly, he arrived just 20 minutes after I hung up the phone. While replacing both springs, he thoroughly explained the process. Despite it being around 5:30 PM on a Sunday, he came to the rescue and resolved the problem. He was extremely professional and courteous throughout. I highly recommend Adam for any garage door-related issues—he’s an expert.

Saturday night opened the garage door and heard a loud bang and immediately knew what it was . The cable and spring assembly broke. I called a friend and they recommended Adams Garage Door. I called Adams Garage Door and explained the situation (Remember this is Saturday night) and he said he would be out tomorrow morning @ 9am(I was thinking more toward the work week). The next morning he repaired the door mechanisms and also gave me some pointers about my system. My home is about 12 years old. The quickness, knowledge and just pleasant conversation will have me reaching back out to Adams Garage Door for the rest of my business.

Contacted Adam yesterday to fix a broken garage door spring. He came out this morning when he said he would, fixed my spring and also an arm I didn't know was loose. I also asked him for some new remote openers for the doors. He couldn't get his new ones to program but he had an older, used version that worked, so he just gave it to me, no charge. My garage door is now running quietly and smoothly in less than a 24 hr turnaround from when I contacted him!! Excellent service!!
