Central A/C - Install
After three estimates for central ac and repair of furnace installed incorrectly, I chose Adams Heating and Cooling. They installed new duct work, added a return to my first floor, removed my furnace and replaced it correctly ( and did a lot more ) Eric quickly responded to me when I had questions about the estimate and thoroughly explained everything when he was at my home.. the lead tech David and Will were excellent. The workmanship, cleanliness(wearing shoe covers) and professionalism was superb. I am so pleased with the outcome of everything !! My house ? is cool now ! The house quickly cooled down and my house was built in 1885!

No problems. The technicians are polite, competent, and come on time. The office staff are also courteous, competent and helpful. I have not needed emergency service for either AC or heat, which probably indicates that they are doing a good job with maintenance.

Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Install or Replace
Dave and Will replaced my furnace today. They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They performed an accurate and precise installation and cleaned up carefully when work was completed. I would recommend them very highly. When work was completed, they explained the operation of the new thermostat and answered any questions I had. I will keep them and Adams HVAC in mind for any future work I will need. Came and looked at the old boiler decided it had to be replaced. They came when they said they would did all the work in one day. Checked and made sure everything was working properly and everything was cleaned up when they left. Happy with the service and the new boiler works great.

Tom let us know What they were doing on each part and step of the job. They cleaned up each day afterwards. Since I needed a new furnace and decided to replace the air conditioning unit as well, I chose Adams for their responsiveness and patience in discussing the best option for my home. And, of course, the price was below other estimates I had received. I was lucky to get a National Grid $1,000 rebate which brought the price down to $9,975, and Adams handled that for me too! I couldn't have asked for nicer staff to work with and would highly recommend Tom and Zac to do your job; nice people and good workers!

Adams just installed a new Rheem furnace and Rheem central AC unit. I could not be any happier!! Terry Hobbs did an awesome job configuring every detail of the system! Nothing was additional!! Adam’s has a team of friendly professionals from beginning to end. We bought the house last year and needed to initiate service for our furnace. The woman in customer service had us booked quickly, on a day convenient for us. The service technician, Matt, called prior to arrival to let us know he was on his way. I can’t say enough good things about this young man. He was courteous, got right to work, answered all our questions and explained everything. He quoted all service he could perform while he was here and asked if it was okay to proceed. He took the time to look at all the radiators and recommend appropriate course of action on future service. He was knowledgeable and confident. If he is the future of the heating and cooling business, it will be in good hands. With employees like these interacting with their customers and the service we received, we will remain solid customers. We recommend this company and ask for Matt if you can get him!

Donye and Will were awesome at installing our new hot water tank. They were super professional walked me through everything I needed to know about the tank: valves shutoff, temperature controls etc. we barely noticed they were in our home worked very quickly and efficiently.
