Adams Roofing covered the asphalt shingles and sealed my garage roof about a month ago. I had earlier damage from a storm that was causing leaking and more damage to the roof itself and items inside the garage. Adams responded to my request right away and gave me a quote the same day. The work itself took about 5 hours. Now, it has held up through wind, hail, and storms over the last month. I see none of the leaking I had before. They were also able to provide a Avery similar color shingle to what I had before.

Robert and his team were great! He provided videos of the current roof and explained the work that was needed as well as videos of the work in progress. He explained the additional issues that were found and provided options to address the work. Because of impending rain, the work was done immediately.

Yeah they did amazing work. They tucked pointed the entirety of my building, finding out and replacing many many bricks where needed. They also siliconed all my windows and waterproofed to the front of my building. They did the work fast and well and for a good price. I highly recommend them.

Adams Roofing was very communicative throughout the process. They squeezed us into a tight schedule and were cognizant of the weather during the booking process. While the job took longer than expected, it was completed in sequential days and they even finished over the weekend. The team had to cut through my living room to get to my balcony which was being ripped up. They laid plastic and were incredibly respectful and very clean. It was convenient that when we also needed tuck pointing the team was skilled enough to be able to take care of that for us too.

Robert was extremely responsive - he came out for an in-person assessment the same day we reached out and was able to start the project the next day. He and his team arrived on time and completed the project quickly and on schedule. We also really appreciated that the team took pictures of the initial damage and each step of the repair process so we could better understand what was happening. It was really helpful especially as we are first time homeowners and don’t know the ins and outs of home repairs. We would definitely recommend Adams Roofing and would hire them again in the future!

I contacted Robert on a Friday and Saturday morning, he and his crew promptly arrived to tackle the job. Robert took on a very difficult project. Our home is a Chicago landmark, and thus we needed to handle our old clay tiles with care; individually removing them and cleaning them so that the roof could be replaced. The roofers then reinstalled the entire clay system after removing an old obsolete chimney and tuckpointing another one. They also sanded down or repaired many aging soffits and fascia, replaced that which had been destroyed or rotted. We had a number of changes along the way, so we had to negotiate as we went and Robert was reasonable in those discussions. As a final note, we quoted out five contractors. Two said our project was too difficult. Two others didn't return my requests for the proposed work; and I wasn't surprised given how pessimistic they were about their ability to accomplish our project. Thanks Robert and team for doing this work.

Our HOA evaluated four different roofing companies and chose Robert/Adam's Roofing to repair and replace our flat roof which had been causing water damage to the top unit. It was November, so we needed it done quickly and they were able to complete the job in two days, even faster than was quoted. The team did high quality work and documented the entire process to ensure we were clued in the whole way. There were no up-charges, and in fact Robert's team ended up doing some additional work that wasn't originally scoped for no fee. Overall, very trustworthy and would hire again!
