They quoted me some metal accent work and I gave them a 50% deposit and scheduled with them a month out and 1 week before the job they cancelled on me saying they?d still job wasn?t something they wanted to do, but said they would do it if I let them replace my entire roof and tried to extort me?.My existing roof is fine and they delayed my project by pulling out last minute. I believe they under priced the job and tried to make up for it by getting me to replace my entire roof. Deceptive company. Don?t trust them!

Met with 5 different roofers for an estimate, but these guys were the most thorough, very cool technology for us to see video of our roof, inside the attack view, so we could see what was needed. Kyle, our rep, was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need, worked to make it affordable for our options. Then Justin and the crew came and did an awesome job replacing the roof in one day. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company. Communication was excellent, scheduling was timely, job was done as promised. I requested a free inspection, which was very thorough, inside the attic space, and on the roof itself, complete with pictures and video. Kyle, the roof expert, explained options for me, different materials, different prices. He also offered different payment suggestions, so I could choose what would work for me. The quality of the materials, the work, the efficiency, were all superior. Mike, the project manager on the actual day of the job, was very clear in communicating as well. I am extremely pleased with the work, and particularly with the people. Excellent!

Everything from the phone call to set up the appointment to the expected wait time for the job to be addressed to the completed project was handled in a professional yet friendly manner. The estimate was explained well and appropriate expectation was set as to the time involved to complete the project and when the job could be scheduled.

We had a leak in our roof that for years I'd been trying to figure out from where it was coming. Water is tricky because where you're seeing it doesn't mean that's the source ("water finds a way"). Finally decided to call in an expert and Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was the first company that was listed in a Google search. The first thing I noticed was the company's consistently high customer satisfaction results (at least 4.5 stars). Customer service is very important to me when doing any work to our home, which is our biggest investment. I called and spoke with Cat Vaillancourt to set up an appointment. We met with sales rep Jose Luna, who conducted a thorough inspection and found the leak easily. His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and Jose was very professional. The meeting included a video that Jose shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. He patiently answered all our questions and never pressured us into agreeing to anything. It's our money, it's our decision, he said. After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Their emails often include the signature, "The Team at Vaillancourt Roofing" and it's obvious that they truly are a team. We will absolutely be calling Vaillancourt in a few years when our roof needs to be replaced. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I use Vaillancourt Roofing, and they have always been exceptionally professional. Brad Entrekin, the salesperson I have always dealt with is wonderful: knowledgeable, patient, punctual. So have been the team that does the work. In this specific case, Nick and Jay did the installation of the gutters. Their work is impeccable. They are very respectful yet friendly. If I was doing gutters I would do all possible to get the Nick and Jay tea However, in order to reach them you would have to go through the scheduler. I understand that the schedule is necessary in order to make the best use of the resources possible however, that has to be tempered with the needs of the client. Case on point, day before the installation date I was informed that the installation had been cancelled "because one of the installers was sick" and the work was rescheduled for 12 days later. I spoke to the scheduler and he had no interest in whether I would be available, convenience or any other consideration of what the effect of the change could have on MY schedule. I just had to understand that people get sick. That is - an administrative problem of the company was suddenly on my shoulders. This gentleman is extremely rigid and unsympathetic. Chances are that the job could not be done before but a gentler approach with the client will take him a long way. In addition, his attitude really erodes the exceptional work of the field salespeople. It is then left on the shoulders of the installers, to fix with the client what the installer undid. Once again, Vaillancourt has, in my estimation, first class materials to offer, a splendid salesperson in Brad, and an impeccable installation team with Nick and Jay. So, go for it. More likely than not, you will not have to deal with the scheduler.

We are extremely happy with our new roof. The crew manager Jeremy was diligent about how things were going and done. He answered any and all questions we had. His crew worked extremely hard in extreme heat. We don’t have any trees near our roof so they were in the sun all day. They never slowed down they kept a steady pace. They were at our home 2 days, they worked cash a team to complete the job and the clean up was done with precision each day. People going by we’re impressed with the professionalism of your company and of an amazing job. One of our neighbors is interested in your company doing his roof. Worked really well as a team. Did a beautiful job. Went over everything that was done. Cleaned up extremely well.

My experience with Adam Vaillancourt in November of 2022. I requested a quote for a roof cleaning, but it turned into a quote for a new roof given we did not know the age or history of the roof. I got quotes from multiple companies, and Adam Vaillancourt was the highest, by a lot. The job was straightforward and consisted of removing and installing new shingles, new fascia, new soffits and cutting in a bathroom vent. The total cost was $18,948.00. I figured with the good reviews that I could find; their experience and professionalism would justify the almost 2x higher price for the job. I was wrong. On Installation Day, Juan was the foreman for my job. He was pleasant to chat with but did not verify many details of the job. The crew that was assigned to my job, did not speak English, which led to some confusion about some of the installation as Juan was not at my house for most of the day, and was acting as the translator. The crew moved relatively quickly, and my job was complete around 7:30pm the same night, which left the workers working by flashlight for a few hours. I was not a fan of this, but they did not seem too interested in stretching the job for another day. I checked the work the day after and the roof looked decent, but there were a bunch of issues with the soffits and fascia boards. The “pork chops” were cut poorly and large gaps were just filled with copious amounts of caulk to try to hide the appearance. The soffits were wavy and not tight against the siding of the house leaving large visible gaps and open areas for wind driven rain to enter and damage my home. That day I messaged Juan who was kind of standoffish and just messaged me to “contact customer service” and that he did not have time to come back to look at it. I contacted customer service, but it took weeks to get someone to contact me back. Finally Paul got in contact with me and came to check out the issues. Paul found the pork chops to be cut poorly and issues with the soffits but could not do anything as the weather was too cold and there would be a risk of damaging the siding. He recommended waiting until warmer weather to fix the issues. I agreed with this and was under the assumption all would be taken care of soon. I was wrong again. Paul reached back out (after I emailed customer service to see when he was coming, and to see when the spring cleaning would happen) and he came out mid-April to fix the porkchops. He adjusted one side of the soffit but nothing else. The porkchops now look decent but the soffits remained an issue, so I called him back out to come check them out. I met with him on 4/25 to go over my concerns which consisted of wavy soffits, soffits that can be pushed up into the roof (not secure), gaps along the siding as the soffit does not sit flush, and really expressed my concern with rain and moisture getting between my siding from these gaps. All were met with “there’s nothing else we can do”. I got every excuse in the book thrown at me… “we are just roofers”, “the soffits are just vinyl”, “they will float up with wind”, “they were installed in the wintertime” etc. He did not seem interested in coming up with a solution to actually fix the problem. I floated the idea of putting a wood strip along the rafters, so they actually had something to nail the soffit too, but he did not seem too interested. I mentioned to Paul that this was not the quality I would expect for such an expensive job, and his only reply was "yeah, we are not the cheapest”. Paul said he would discuss with “the higher ups” and let me know, but I am not holding out hope. I also mentioned to Paul that I have not had my spring cleaning and still finding nails and screws everywhere. The spring cleaning was supposed to happen as the roofing crew could not get everything off the ground due to it being frozen with snow, but this supposed cleanup never happened either. I have also given up on this and started doing it myself, but not what I would expect for a very expensive job.

Originally it went fine but a few years later I had water coming into my house from a location that I pointed out as a problem to the roofers. When I called, they sent their fix-it guy out and we discussed the problem and agreed upon a price to fix it. A couple of months went by, I gave them a deposit for the work and after that they decided they didn't want to do the work. So they refunded my deposit and told me to find someone else. What kind of company doesn't even service their own customers that are having problems with their work

Called and asked if they could come by 2 hours earlier than scheduled, which of course I said yes. They put tarps down on the ground to catch debris, and started working. Everything was done in a few hours, they cleaned up, and left. Walking around the house couldn’t tell that any work had just been done. New pipe collars and chimney flashing look fantastic. Perfect match to existing shingles where replacement was necessary.

Did a good job and were easy to deal with. Would definitely hire them again!

Were punctual. Very professional. Explained cause of current problem thoroughly. Set a date for work to be performed and requested a deposit. Thought at first the fee for quote seemed unnecessary since most companies provide a free one. Still think that this should be absorbed into the final cost of the project. Other then that, it was a very professional visit well done.

This company is EXCELLENT and I would give them an A++. Had a great experience from the 1st call I placed. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Day of job they had a big crew here that was very well run. Everyone had a job to do and did it! By the time they left, I had a great looking roof and you could not even tell they had been here. Extremely happy with the job done and very impressed with this company. Everyone I dealt with from Johnny the roof specialist/salesman, to Katie in the office and to Steve and his install crew were very professional and provided great customer service. I called very late in the year (late Nov) with a leak on a 20 year old roof that was getting towards the end of its life and they went the extra mile to come right out for an assessment and quick repair as that time of year it's usually tough to get a job like that done on short notice. I decide to be proactive and get on their spring schedule for a full replacement and they ended up squeezing me in a few weeks later as weather had cooperated. Job went great, exactly as planned with no hiccups. Nice to not have to worry about this all winter now.

We just had Adam Vallaincourt Roofing install a new roof on our 175 year old colonial in Henniker, NH. As a developer for many years they were one of the most professional and thorough companies I have ever dealt with. From the beginning - dealing with their salesman Johhny Falco - to the end of the job - that was overseen by their operations manager Scott Burroughs - their follow through was exceptional. Their crew was unbelievable efficient and courteous and responded quickly and favorably to every little request I made. This company truly stands out and I compliment them thoroughly!

Details: In seeking a contractor to replace our skylights and complete associated roofing work, we did a fair amount of research. Ultimately, we narrowed our choices to a few, one of which was Adam Vaillancourt, LLC. We chose Vaillancourt because, from the outset, it was clear that the company understood what we had in mind for the project, as well as what was required to get the best job done. It was also very clear to us that Vaillancourt and its representatives were expert in the work they do and, most importantly, very much had extreme pride in their workmanship and execution—for us, a key element that we search for before engaging a contractor to work on our projects. After going to contract, Vaillancourt’s representatives were very helpful in keeping us up-to-date on the status of our project and its start date. It was always easy to reach out to them, and secure a quick response to our questions. On the work date, the entire team of eight, including and led by expert and highly effective project manager, Derek B., arrived on time and executed all tasks for the project (from site preparation to cleanup) efficiently, quickly, and in a very high quality manner. (It was very clear, from the start, that Derek and his team cared as much as we did about the way in which the work was done and the quality of the completion.) Without doubt, when additional roofing work is required on our home, I will reach out to Vaillancourt, and without reservation recommend them to others.

From estimate to completion of job I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the job and would highly recommend the company.

It went good. There were no issues. They came in, did a good evaluation before they started. They kept me up-to-date on their schedule and showed up on time. The crew was good and did a fine job. They answered all my questions and it was just an all around a good crew.

Wonderful service and impeccable workmanship. Thank you to both Dave Morse, Derek Becce, and the crew of 10-12 guys that just completed the roof on our 3,400 sq ft home in a less then a day and a half. The care and attention to detail was apparent from the moment we met with Dave, to get the quote process started, and carried through with Derek and his team to the very end. The very fact that I can send my kids and dogs outside 30 minutes after the entire roof on our house was replaced and not have to worry about them because there isn't a sign of a nail, roof tile or any other debris is mind blowing. The only negative aspect is that the roof comes with a 50 year warranty so it's pretty likely I'll never get to hire them again.

Good , they did a thorough job. I made them put ice shield under siding and cover the dormers in it.

Excellent. David, who provided us with the estimate, was detailed, thorough, and responsive. We met with a number of roofers and David was the only one to climb on the roof, take photos, explain the process, etc. They were also very competitively priced. It was a no-brainer. Day-of, the team arrived promptly at 7am and worked throughout the day until nearly 6pm in very cold and miserable conditions. There was still snow on the ground, so we've been promised a return once the snow has melted to ensure that all nails are picked up that might have fallen in the snow.
