I needed a bid on my office and my home. The office bid was returned promptly, the bid was accepted and the work was done. However, I requested that one of the downspouts be replaced as it didn't match the other corresponding downspout on the opposite side of the porch. NO RESPONSE or COMMENT from the contractor. The contractor DID leave a card at my home indicating he reviewed the house for a bid. However, I have not received a bid for this job. After requesting the bid from the contractor I was assured that it would be taken care of ... but never received after approximately 2 months!

They have lots of work so it took awhile for them to get to us.  They called the day before and told us they would be here at 8AM.  They were here promptly at 8.  They worked all day and finished both buildings just as it was getting dark.  They did a great job.  The guys were courteous and considerate.  Good communication, asking about some of the downspout locations and getting input if they weren't sure what we wanted.   Tom, the owner came by in the late afternoon to check the job. <br /> Excellent crew!  Excellent service.  We would highly recommend Addi to anyone looking for new gutters!! <br /> We did get another estimate and Addi's price was the best! <br />

It cost somewhere between $1,000 and $1,500. When I called them to get an estimate, their owner came over personally and we talked. The other thing that I appreciated was that when they were putting it on, we just had a roof put on and they noticed a spot of dry rot that the roofer somehow missed so he pointed that out to us and then we got it repaired. We spent a little extra for that and it was not related to him but he saw it and it saved us a long run and he did not make any money off of it at all. Their pricing was very fair and I liked the quality of their work. I would absolutely use them again in the future. They would be my first call.

Originally they installed the wrong color of gutters. At first the owner didn't think they had, but finally he came out and agreed to replace them with the correct color. There are a few downspout elbows which haven't been replaced yet as they were back ordered. Once they are installed I will update this review. The quality of installation was much better the second time, and were installed by a different group of employees. <br />

It was a good experience except it was a little bit of trouble to get them to come out and follow up with a problem we had. Other than that it was fine.

Terrible experience.  Owner bad mouthed other companies during estimate and quality was low.  Miters on gutters were done so poorly (aesthetically looked awful) that I had to insist they be redone.  Would not use again. <br />

The overall experience was fair. His name was Tom Kleinke and I think that they had a good product. The service was a little odd because odd things came up. The oddest thing was that, after the work was done, he claimed that the bid was not the actual invoice and that he wanted $82 more for the work that he bid for.  He erroneously claimed that he put it 23 feet more. He did not measure the gutters prior to the installation and I think that he did that on purpose so that he could claim that it was 23 feet more. He just took past gutter bid measurements. He hasn't come back to go over the gutter length measurements with my husband yet. He is now going to charge us for 23 feet more than what the original bid was and that is incorrect. I was unhappy with that and thought that was a little shady of him. I paid him according to his bid and he called us back with an invoice that says we owe for another 23 feet. The cost of the gutters for 100 running feet was $372.30 and he claimed that we owe him $462 for the work. We have called him on a weekly basis to come to the house and go over the length of the gutters with my husband but he has not done that yet. He didn't really follow the plan and started putting in the gutters before my husband could get here. He had to leave suddenly with his main guy and the worker that he left behind did not really have proper instructions on what needed to be done, and so we had to go over that with him. I thought that the price was right but I felt that he was trying to take advantage of us and that he didn't go according to pre-set plans. The work ended okay and is fine but it was an unpleasant experience. I may use them again but I would have to watch them closely.
