Great! Robert was great. Right in the middle of a heat wave, the central air broke down.I feared the unit would need replacing because it's very old but, the replacement expense was not in the budget. Miraculously, he was able to fix it and our home is cool! I will definitely use them for all my family's Heating and Air needs. So grateful to have found them on Angie's list.

I woke up to a cold house. I called a local companyAddit. The owner Bill Sr immediately called his son Bill Jr to check out the problem. He arrived at my home and another HVAV person was there. He extended professional curtesy and waited until the other person left. I appreciated that. I thought my Heating system was gone and it being right after Christmas, this was bad timing. Bill Jr was able to repair it and buy us some time. I didn't think that was possible! My unit is over 30yrs old and my husband and I were holding our breath. We needed the extra time that Bill Jr was able to give us. He also sat down and explained new systems that would work for us when we are ready to purchase one. I will and would use this company again. They will repair first and sell second. Great family owned company!!! Valerie D
