When we start a job we stay with it till it's finished. We don't like people wondering "when are they going to come back and finish out job?" If we have to leave a job for some reason for a day or two, we make sure you know why and when we'll be returning. We appreciated the chance to do this project for the [removed member name]. [removed member name] had apparently contacted several other contractors about this project but couldn't find anybody that was interested enough to come and do this job. They were great folks to work for! I'm glad she found us. John"

Notice I didn't say "happy" because that's not always possible. But you can't always think of everything and that's where we feel we can help you cover other areas that are more technical, or you hadn't thought of, because if we can establish a good rapport with a client, it only turns out good for both of us. You had a good plan as to how you wanted it to flow, you paid on time, and when ever something came up you were quick to make a decision which way you wanted to go with it. You also have good taste of the quality of materials you wanted used. Like cedar siding, pre finished fiberglass doors, etc. that add more cost but also add a much sharper image and value in the end. "This was a complex project that converged on several rooms in the house. The kitchen, dining, living room, office area. When it was all done, those rooms were upgraded and rearranged so that the traffic flow for the family worked and looked much better. This wasn't an easy job to do but the customer turned out to be one of the better customers to work with, because it wasn't easy for them to endure the project time frame either, but they handled it quite well. We stayed with this one from start to finish which is how we like to do our jobs. We try to do our projects one job at a time as much as we can.
