Turned out to be the most harrowing project ever undertaken by us. A job which had to be completed in 2-3 weeks took 7 months to complete. In the end, a lot that was promised was not fulfilled and now I am experiencing quality related issues too.

"Sorry but in no way can 2 bathrooms and a laundry room renovation was to take 3 weeks. We are sorry for your inconvenience during the work process but it was 5 weeks of inspections alone due to the dates that were given us to complete this, also it was not up to us to go shopping for you during this time as we did with no monetary vale added to the cost of this project you were given a material list to obtain the materials for this project and it ended up being our responsibility to pick up. If you have any problems with workmanship then please call our office as we will run right over to fix or to see what had happened. What you didn't mention also is that all of our inspections passed with flying colors and we stand by it."

ADI responded to my initial inquiry in a timely manner. After making an appointment, Anthony, the owner and his business manager came to look at the bathroom. They addressed everything that needed to be done and didn't try to sell us on anything else we didn't need. Their estimate was very reasonable and I liked Anthony's personality so that played a part in my decision. They were here when scheduled and did a great job. My husband and I are very pleased. We would definitely use them for future projects. <br />

Anthony from ADI was great. Once I purchased the 'Big Deal', Anthony called me the same day. You could tell from our conversation, he was very knowledgeable and had been in the business a long time. Very people oriented and listened to my ideas which ultimately expanded the initial work I wanted him to do. Once he knew I was having an electrician come in, he gave me advice on what to ask to ensure everything was done correctly. He even came by a week before the job to talk through more details. He and his sons were there the first day to set off the job. Actually, they were there 1/2 hr earlier to set up, i.e., put plastic around work area, brought their tools and talked to his crew before they started to ensure they understood what needed to be done. I was so pleased with the first day and what they accomplished, I asked him to repair a wall in my second bathroom which they did on the second day of the job. Each day his crew was there on time and stayed until 5. Gary his tile guy wind up staying an extra hour to finish some of the tile work. Anthony was a joy to work with and is very passionate about his work. My bathroom looks totally transformed and I'm so excited on how well it came out. I will definitely use him again when I am ready to do my kitchen.

It went extremely well. A friend of ours recommended ADI and said that he had done an addition to home a few years ago and to give them a call. Adi was right on time as a matter of fact he was outside of my house about 15 mins early. He came in and evaluated my project and gave me a detailed estimate broken down by line item with a associated cost of each item. We then sat down with ADI and his sub-contractors that he used on my project to review scope and schedule. We were very pleased with the subs that he used as he...ADI was on top of my project right from the start and honestly told us how it was going to be done and explained what every one was doing as the project went forward. I would highly recommend ADI Construction Consulting to my family & friends as he was recommended to me and if and when I do any more projects on my properties or with my business They will be the first one's I call just for the fact of the proposal and breakdowns that ADI has provided!
