I recently had my HVAC ducts cleaned after a house fire caused soot to travel through the ventilation system, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the beginning, they were very responsive and detailed in their email communication, and that professionalism carried through to the appointment itself.
The technician was kind, hardworking, and diligently focused on the job the entire time. He took the time to explain the process and answer my questions, which I really appreciated. When I first came back into the house, I noticed the smell of the cleaning products and had my daughter stay outside because I was concerned about the air quality. He immediately reassured me that everything being used was environmentally safe and safe to be around and breathe, which gave me a lot of peace of mind and was a huge bonus.
Their scheduling lead time was also very reasonable, and they were able to get me scheduled within the same week. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Great communication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. I highly recommend their services.

The gentleman from Adkins came to clean the dryer vents. The first dryer vent all went well. Second dryer vent, he accidentally broke a water pipe that flooded the condo. So he and my husband spent well over an hour sucking up water from the unit. He then proceeded to go to Ace Hardware to buy cement which my husband paid for to fix the pipe. Then continued the other four units without another issue. He then gave my husband a bill for $75 times six equals $450 for vent cleaning. My husband didn t have his credit card and he was going to call the company to give the credit card info. Once they spoke, the gal said it wasn t $75. It was $91 and he told her that I had talked to them twice and both times was quoted $75. She said that was not the case so they went back-and-forth until finally, there was a resolution of $400 giving my husband $50 for his cement and time vacuuming the water and added the credit card charge so we paid $412

Robin showed up on time asked our concerns and explained his work plan and went right to work.Robin explained what he was doing,and answered any questions I had. After cleaning our ductwork and vents he cleaned up and left us with a clean fresh home. I would Highly recommend Adkins Duct Cleaners.
