This is a very reliable company, with high standards of performance. I always use them when needed, and they amaze me every time with their performance. Clean ducts documented with photos, and clean air free of allergens after their mold and mildew treatment. They also keep track of the services and remind you when is time for another cleaning.

I was really impressed with ac sanitation service today. He went above and beyond for us and our family making sure that every vent was sanitized and cleaned and vacuumed. very professional company and also I got my duct cleaning too and that was best because obviously I hadn't had it done in forever.

I chose Adkins because my neighbor recommended them, and said Robbin is very thorough. They are a locally owned & operated family business which is a huge bonus. Whenever I can, I always support local small businesses. My appointment time was just a few days after my original call. The tech, Robbin, was prompt, wonderful and personable. He was also professional and extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing. I appreciate the fact that he explained everything he was doing as he went along. After he finished, the area he worked in was just as clean as when he started. The cost was very reasonable for all that was done. The before and after pictures of the vents and ducts was a very nice bonus to see the difference and cleanliness. I can already tell the air quality is better because my allergies are not as bad. If you’re in need of cleaning, do not hesitate to call Adkins! Great company and service all around.

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
The gentleman from Adkins came to clean the dryer vents. The first dryer vent all went well. Second dryer vent, he accidentally broke a water pipe that flooded the condo. So he and my husband spent well over an hour sucking up water from the unit. He then proceeded to go to Ace Hardware to buy cement which my husband paid for to fix the pipe. Then continued the other four units without another issue. He then gave my husband a bill for $75 times six equals $450 for vent cleaning. My husband didn t have his credit card and he was going to call the company to give the credit card info. Once they spoke, the gal said it wasn t $75. It was $91 and he told her that I had talked to them twice and both times was quoted $75. She said that was not the case so they went back-and-forth until finally, there was a resolution of $400 giving my husband $50 for his cement and time vacuuming the water and added the credit card charge so we paid $412

Robin showed up on time asked our concerns and explained his work plan and went right to work.Robin explained what he was doing,and answered any questions I had. After cleaning our ductwork and vents he cleaned up and left us with a clean fresh home. I would Highly recommend Adkins Duct Cleaners.

All good. The technician Ray arrive later than schedule, but he kept me informed of his arrival time. Cleaning and air dryer cleaning were performed as discussed. We are satisfied with the word perform.
