Well, they had ti leave a few times for parts. I wasn't in an emergency situation, however they still came late in the day. Not sure if that contributed to the high bill or not. The tip shelf on my bookcase was broken somehow. And no one said a word about it to me. I've been pretty mad about that ever since. The actual work they did do looks and works great. I'm not sure about hiring them again.

Went Great! Tuesday afternoon Adkins Plumbing stopped by to evaluate all issues. Adkins Plumbing made a special trip to Charleston WV to purchase Water Heater, Water and Gas Valves 24 hours from Initial evaluation everything was Installed and Done!

Did great job !!

They cracked my granite countertop when trying to remove a kitchen sink. They aren't accepting blame.

Jarred and his crew were awesome. This is the second time I have used the company for my plumbing needs and they do not disappoint. Great crew and company.

It went well. Nice guy, knowledgeable.

Diagnosis and repair required a second trip, since repairing the toilet seal didn’t work; the leak was worse than we thought. No shoe covers, so the rug was a mess when he left, but the work itself was completed efficiently and well.

Work was great. Very nice. They came in and fixed a mess with my plumbing that A to Z Plumbing messed up and they did a great job and cleaned it up and I do appreciate them. Price is high cause they charge travel fee and service call and when they go get parts even when gone for 3 hours they charge you for every hour. Not happy with price at all but work is good.

They told me it was a rental vehicle. They had were in a small they told me it was a rental shady and very absurd. Charged me 150 an hour per person and you know I can that up to my mistake. I should have been more clear but the additional 100 travel fee and 79 service call this was a scheduled appointment I didn't call them out for an emergency that 179 is absurd.

Very Unprofessional, Poor customer service and I would not recommend.

They were fantastic and communicated with me every step of the way. They showed up when we could be home and they were very nice and also checked everything out and made sure everything was the way it was supposed to be. They fixed all the issues we were having and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Writing this to override and retract a review written earlier. A-lower score was given due to not fully understanding charges for the work that was done. The employees were fast and thorough. Hopefully this revision will override previous rating and not go against Adkins plumbing!!

Eddie and Cody were both extremely professional. The quality of their customer service and their knowledge of their craft is second to none! They are the type of Americans I would love to have led during my time in the US Army. Great job guys!

At the beginning of the job I was told "$300 for the pump and 2-3 hours labor at $150 per hour". He looked up the pump and came back 3 hours later. He didn't call (Charleston is 45 minutes away) to see if they had it in stock, he just went there. They didn't have it so he just drove around until he found it. Finally came back. "They didn't tell me I needed this part". Now drives to Beckley. 4 hours later (after a nice meal at my expense) they come back to finish. I get the bill $2464.23 I was expecting what I was told. Oh the $300 pump, they didn't have so here's a $800 pump. NEVER ONCE updated as to cost. I would NEVER have paid that much to take one pump out and put in another. I sent 2 emails to the company to see if something couldn't be worked out. No response. They got their money. That's all they wanted. And the "work" van was an ugly black, beat up van with no company logo anywhere. A cross on a website does not mean they are honest. Beware of these people.

The guys were very professional and prompt. Excellent work and they explained to me what they were doing as they went along. The water filter system looks great! Highly recommended these guys!

Project went very well. Although I was remote and they were working with my elderly parent, they kept me abreast of the work and FaceTimed the progress and results. I will admit the project cost was a bit more than I anticipated but the consideration toward my parent and the quality of work made the experience worth while.
