10/5 STARS. Very decent job and he came very prepared and knew what he was doing. Very quick too, he was in and out.

We called and texted Admiral yesterday to see if they’d be available to check the dishwasher today. Fred replied with a text this morning and said he’d be able to come over this afternoon between 2pm–5pm. He arrived well within that window of time, checked the dishwasher, and said it wasn’t broken — the foam overflow was just due to residue of liquid soap that hadn’t been sufficiently rinsed off after pre-washing dishes by hand in the sink. Now we know! Then Fred put the empty dishwasher through another cycle to clean out the remainder of the foam, and said when the cycle was finished we could use it again, no problem. We were charged just $65 plus $5 tax, a very reasonable amount, especially considering he’d just saved us several hundred $ that we would’ve spent for new dishwasher. Fred knew exactly what the problem with the fridge was right away- he got the part and came and fixed it the next day, probably less than 15 mins. Finally I have a working, quiet fridge!!

Three weeks ago, I hired Admiral Appliance Repair to resolve a de clogging issue with my Samsung French Door Refrigerator through Agni. Although the technician visited and attempted a repair, the problem remains unresolved to this day. Despite paying the agreed service fee, the technician made no genuine effort to return or properly fix the issue, and the company has since refused to take responsibility. I provided the technician with all photos showing the leak and ice buildup, yet no further action was taken. As a result, I now have to seek assistance from another, more reliable company. It seems that Angi / Home Advisor is more focused on generating leads and revenue rather than properly verifying contractors’ credentials. It appears that Angi is not verifying.

Very professional Reliable and honest. Repair quote was very affordable. Fit me in last minute. Very happy with work done. This company deserves more than 5 stars.

Repair person showed up timely and did the repair well.

Very well. Repairman arrived at appointed time. He was polite and professional. Was able to provide a temporary fix while awaiting new part. He arrived two days later and quickly replaced part. All good.

Fred, the technician, was qualified, diligent and focused on the task at hand. He advised us to go with the least, costly repair which was fair and appreciated. Fred believed it would give us a few more years before having to replace the compressor. Rep who makes the appointments could have been more forthcoming with information and not so rushed to get off the phone. Not a good fit for Fred's professionalism.

I called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to fit me in same day. The person who answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful. The repairman called me for a description of the problem. I had another company come out who gave me the wrong diagnostic for the oven and didnt have the parts on the truck. Admiral came out and saved my family Christmas dinner. I would definitely call them again.

So far ok. Awaiting revisit to complete job to replace motor
