Company did a good job cleaning the builder grade carpet.

Setting up the appointment with the very pleasant lady who answers the phone and the actual carpet cleaning went without a hitch. The two fellows who did the cleaning showed up on time, were pleasant and professional , and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. The bad news: after they left, I noticed that they had left some very noticeable scratches on an antique coffee table in my living room. Two days later, I noticed that they had also scraped paint off a door frame in the hallway. I called the office to report these issues and the lady apologized and offered to cover any expenses that I might incur in repairs.

Very well!. Mr. George showed up, professional and charming man. Asked all the questions for our quote, told us what needed to be done and threw in a few things as a courtesy. We hired them for the job and the house out great. Crew of 3 to clean a 2-story 5 room house. Got out stains I thought would not budge. Replaced a water damaged area and even went to find the carpet to replace it. Highly recommend. Great communication, flexible when we had to keeping moving our scheduled date due to contractor schedule conflicts. Crew was very professional and polite. I could tell they were really working to make some of the tougher areas get to where we need it to be. Thank you for the great job done! Really nice people.

Mike and his team were exceptional including his office coordinator! Team responded to my request within hours after I entered the inquiry on Angie’s list. I got an excellent quote over the phone. I then had Mike come over the next day and he viewed the job and agreed to do it per the phone quote! Mike and his assistant proceeded to to do the job with extreme professionalism! My wife andI were very satisfied with the cleaning tasks they were hired to do!

We had pet stains on an area rug. From the time I called I received excellent customer service, a prompt response, and the carpet was picked up within 24 hours. They cleaned and delivered a day earlier than originally expected and the pricing was reasonable for the amount of staining and subsequent cleaning required. I will absolutely recommend and use them again.

Mike was on time and very courteus. They returned the rugs in 2 days and they look great. The colors are vivid again! I will use them to clean my carpets and my leather chairs soon.

They responded to my quote request promptly with a phone call, and were able to come out at a time convenient for me. It was a very good experience. I will use them again the next time I need carpets cleaned.

This is the 5th time that I have had Admiral Chem-Dry clean the carpets in my one story home. Mike is the carpet technician that does the cleaning with a great assistant,Tony. He is fast, efficient and extremely professional. Most importantly, my carpets look great. Thank you Mike Also, the office staff, Delores and James make the appointments and follow-up. Overall experience is A+.

The carpet and rugs look great. The couches look worse than they did before they cleaned them! There are large areas of discoloration.

Two man team was very friendly. They explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They were efficient and finished in about two hours which is how long they thought it would take. ***As a heads up, if you want them to move furniture, they will move small furniture but it is an up charge. This was not made clear to me prior to scheduling the appointment. When I called to schedule, I asked the man if they moved furniture and he said “yes”, but he did not tell me it was an up charge. Thinking that it was included did play a role in me deciding to have the carpet professionally cleaned instead of renting a machine and doing it myself. This is the main reason for the “B” rating. I felt a little duped. I explained this to the technician though and he adjusted the price for me. In all, they made it right and did good work. I do trust this company and would use them again. Would be nice to have a pricing calculator available so that you know exactly what to expect.

***READ & CLARIFY FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE..YOU WILL NOT GET 3 ROOMS CLEANED FOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE OF $109***WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN!!!! This was my first time purchasing from Angie's List. The coupon heading advertised carpet cleaning for 3 Rooms for $109. The carpet Techs arrived on time at my house @0900 on 12/21/17. The 3 rooms to be cleaned were 1)Living Room, 2) Game room & 3) Bedroom. I added the stairs & was going to pay the price of this service separately. I was told by the Techs who measured my 3 rooms..that it would be an ADDITIONAL $99 fee to cover all of the rooms & $45 for the stairs. According to the tech, my carpet measured over by 300 sq ft.(This measurement was with me having them go around the furniture!) I then ask the Tech, how many rooms will be cleaned according to the coupon & me pre-paying $109? I was told only 1 of my rooms mentioned would be cleaned and that the coupon only covers up to 360 sq ft of carpet to be cleaned. I told the Tech that the coupon was very deceptive & I figured 3 rooms would be cleaned instead of 1. I also told him that I normally deal with carpet companies who offer deals on rooms being clean versus square footage. Needless to say, I was very disappointed & had the Techs clean only the 1 room mentioned since I had already paid $109 for it. I did call the manager & told her the same thing of the coupon being confusing & deceptive with saying.. carpet cleaning.. 3 Rooms for $109 in which should say $109 for only 360 sq ft of carpet cleaning! Also the fine print says 3 areas & should be reworded to limit confusion! Admiral is not so admiral... Unprofessional! **I will not be using this company again & definitely will Clarify the fine print **
