I booked (NAME REMOVED) of ADP Pro Services. He came out to do a few odd jobs- the primary one to fix the drip from my faucet. He told me that the parts I wanted replaced, he could not do because it was stripped. He took a lot of time taking the faucet (dshmaster) apart to check it, I did not question him because he had said it would be $70 to fix the shut off valve- he said it was coming from the cold water tap and there was too much pressure, so he could replace the two water shut off below to fix that for $140.00. when he was done I could see that the tap was no longer dripping. Then he started talking about how many hours he has been working- I said it was supposed to be $70, but he said it took time to take apart the faucet- but I did not understand why he kept doing that after he said the cold side was stripped. He said it was $20 additional for the part, and he installed a door stop already. So he said the total was $120.00. There was not any written estimate or receipt or paperwork- which is not unusual for a handyman, although he kept saying he did everything right. So I thought the price was not too bad, so I asked him about some other tasks and then he left. About an hour later I went to use the tap, but the cold was not working- so I looked under the sink and turned on the shut off and the water starts streaming- like 1/3 full blast- I tried to use the controls to shut off the water I found they were already off. So instead of a drip- now the water flows! Why would I want that? I can't shut off the cold water unless I shut off the valve below. I immediately called him- but he said he told me that he could not fix the faucet- I needed to buy a new one. But what he said was he could replace the shut off valve to fix the pressure- so he was arguing the pressure is stronger so that is better- but that did not help anything- I wanted the drip fixed not water pressure- I thought he meant it was too strong- that's why it was dripping- that's how he explained it- but it has just made it worse. When I talked to him he said he told me-and when I tried to reason with him got belligerent, he told me I was being passive-aggressive?? Eventually he used the "F" word, and kept saying he did not want to argue and not to call him again and he hung up. I should not have to pay for something that I did not want, that made the problem worse. Now I have to find another plumber.

Andres was wonderful! He was recommended by my mom from a previous work order so I knew I could trust his work. He made sure the TV was put on with the exact measurements and took pride in his work. I would definitely hire him again for any needed projects.
