Man the guy who came out to complete the sale and installation of our new Adt Alarm System was phenomenal. It was extremely hot out, but that didnot stop him from being meticulous and professional. I was so impressed by his detail and product knowledge. He gave us a great walk through of how everything works once he was finished. Enjoy the alarm system tremendously.

Our neighbors have been life-long ADT customers. We have always admired the blue stop sign in their front landscaping bed from ADT. We have always heard good things about the service in general. We even considered ADT for our office park back when we purchased real estate but a corporate decision above us was made to contract with a different security company. We finally became customers ourselves, for both of our homes, just this past week. Needed something secure and efficient for our primary residence and also our summer home. Just as we expected ADT has been perfect and on the money.

All we needed was a simple camera system for our home. However once we got acclimated with all of ADTs camera options and capabilities, we wanted to go with more of a deluxe route. We have several cameras inside and another set of several cameras outside. We can monitor nearly every square inch of our property. Its good products/equipment and really good value. As they say, go big or go home. Thanks ADT for our amazing camera package.

Beefed up our property protection by going with an ADT ALARM. Its got anything and everything you could think of. Wanted something robust and hi tech. Cameras are strong ? the motion alerts and motion detectors will grab anything in their sight ? the siren is LOUD ? and we can do all of this from our ipad. You cant go wrong with ADT. We love our system and feel like our yard and our house is under strong surveillance and monitoring.

A reminder that FLOODING can be a major issue! What led us to ADT was the fact they have different monitoring sensors for things like flooding/water elevation, carbon monoxide etc. Things that you donot often think about at all. Last year we saw our neighbor go through a big water problem due to a leak in their upstairs bathroom. Their contractor insisted that they add flood sensors once all of the repairs were completed. We are glad that he shared that tidbit with us. We didnot waste any time and got connected with ADT and adopted all of their system features

Wanted to share what happened when we purchased our home security system via ADT. Made a simple direct phone call into their call center of professional representatives. Didnot have to wait on hold and had a really clear connection. Next we were immediately connected to representative named Chelsea. She gave us a very informative verbal presentation on ADT and the various packages. She wasnot pushy or impatient at all. We had some questions pre-written to help us remember everything. Christina got us signed up and scheduled for setup. We were so surprised to find out that they had open slots as early as the following day. So we took it!! At 11AM the very next morning a technician named Todd arrived and got us squared away in under two hours. No glitches at all with the equipment and nothing negative to report.

Felt kind of bad for the installer on the day he came to set up our alarm package. He was clearly brand new, and struggled a bit to get everything working correctly. However, he called his manager a few times to help with troubleshooting and in the end all got done. Took longer than it should have, but the gentleman was extremely nice and apologetic. They threw in a couple of extra motion sensors for the basement to make up for the long visit. Extremely nice touch and customer service. Still giving 5 stars.

You pay for what you get. In this case, it is 1000% worth it!! ADT is the best of the best. They are THE premium home security provider for the United States. There are some things you just should not go cheap on ? like shoes and tires. I would put home security in that same bucket. Go the extra mile and dollar to become protected by the ADT network!

Communication was a little difficult in the beginning of our process BUT things turned around quickly and in the end I?m a pleased customer of ADT. Part of the issue is that I have terrible cell phone signal at my house. After a few back and forth disconnects and redials, we made it work. The tech made sure that I?m setup with a strong satellite signal from my control box panel to their monitoring center.

Thought we initially needed an invisible fence service for our back yard to help with the dogs. After doing some research and creative thinking, we realized that just getting an adt camera system would achieve what we?re looking for. Now we get alerts if they dogs are getting too far out in the yard. Our cameras are positioned perfectly. Wish we thought of this sooner. Great products.

Overseeing my parents property while they are in the hospital. Felt it made sense to add ADT to their primary home and their summer home for peace of mind. This saves us from having to run over there all the time. We can now check the crystal clear cameras and get a sense if anything is going on or needs addressed. ADT wasn?t the experience I hoped for. The system itself works most of the time, but the overall service felt inconsistent. Installation took longer than expected, and I had to make multiple calls to get basic questions answered. The monthly cost also feels high for what you actually get, especially when some features don?t work as smoothly as advertised. I wouldn?t say it?s terrible, but it definitely didn?t live up to the reputation or the price tag.
