I requested help with my fire alarms. Sales person told me they could take a look and repair and then they sent over a contract for a 5 year $1k+ subscription that had nothing to do with what I wanted. Then I tried calling to cancel and was placed on hold multiple times for 30+ minutes and kept getting handed off to the next manager. Do not recommend.

ADT wasn?t the experience I hoped for. The system itself works most of the time, but the overall service felt inconsistent. Installation took longer than expected, and I had to make multiple calls to get basic questions answered. The monthly cost also feels high for what you actually get, especially when some features don?t work as smoothly as advertised. I wouldn?t say it?s terrible, but it definitely didn?t live up to the reputation or the price tag.

I got signed up with adt recently to get professional monitoring for my home. I don’t think I will ever need to use it but I want to be prepared for a variety of possible emergencies. The following pieces of high tech equipment came with my package – two control panels, one siren box, six door sensors, four motion detectors, one smoke detector, one doorbell camera for the front, and one exterior camera for the backyard. Got a lot for a reasonable price. I suggest going with ADT because of all that they offer and their history.

Purchased a new home this fall and one of the builder features that came with it was a Google Nest doorbell camera. Once we started looking at the paperwork further, we found out that Google products can now be paired with Adt Security Service. Called the phone number provided and got our doorbell camera integrated into an entire Adt home solution. Was a really easy way to get things setup for our new home.

Spent lots of time making phone calls to all of the major security providers in the USA. Made the incorrect assumption that adt would be the most expensive. To our delight they had lots of flexible options and promotions to fit our budget. Really glad we took the time to look into it further.

My company has an offsite warehouse way out in the country about 15 miles from our main office. We wanted to add surveillance at the warehouse so we don’t have to go out there to check on things as often. We purchased an adt camera package and it has really helped cut down on our travel time. Simple but effective way to add surveillance to our storage warehouse.

Early Christmas gift from our kids was a home security package. Something we have needed for a long time. They have ADT at their house and have been telling us for years that we needed a system too. What a wonderful surprise. We control most of the features right on the app on our iphones.

ADT needs to be everybody’s go-to when shopping for a home security system. Not only do they have all of the safety and security options, but they have many automation options too. Things like lighting control, garage door control, thermostat control. Top notch quality all around.
