They have been great. They were very professional and responsive, especially when I had to troubleshoot a couple of areas. There was a miss communication between their supplier and the installer, so that did cause some delayed issues. The sales process was great too. The representative answered all my questions, he didn’t over sell me the product and listened to what I really needed. My tech was personable, explained everything and was informative.

My appointment was at 8am and the installer was in my driveway by 7:54. It took 35 min, couldn't be happier they were on time, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was comfortable using the new system. I'd highly recommend them to anyone interested. The no pressure consultation was also greatly appreciated.

The sales rep was very professional, I felt comfortable and didn't feel pressured. He was able to fit my security needs, answering all the questions, and was able to put me in the right package. The install was prompt and professional, because the system is completely wireless, they didn't have to make any holes or a mess in my home. Security system operated flawlessly, and the installer explained it to use very thoroughly. Overall it was an incredible experience, unlike that I've had with cable companies.
