Workers were clean and professional. Job was done in the hot summer. They cleaned the ducts and left. Hours later my system sounded like it was going to blow up and it was over 80 degrees in my air conditioned house. I googled number for the company and called it. I got the owners cell # and he was very angry that I called him on vacation out of state. He stated that I shouldn't be calling him and his guys didn't do anything to cause my problem. Turns out they blew all of the dirt into the grills (condensor?) and it would have blown out my whole system if we didn't shut it off and clean it out ourselves. The owner was terrible, didn't take any responsibility. After consulting with other companies we found out that this should be done as part of the job. Minimally they should have inspected it.

Purchased a dryer vent cleaning through Angie's list. E mailed this provider three times in the space of one month to schedule the service I paid for. Never got a reply. Angie's list customer service agent was very helpful and I ultimately got a refund and scheduled with a different company.

Alex, the Service Engineer had returned my call on the previous day and upon enquiry, he had a slot open the very next day at 8 am. Gladly accepted the slot and requested Alex to confirm the same at 7.30 am before he came. He promptly called me and updated the time to 8.20 am and was at the door as promised. He was found to be courteous and understanding. He explained to me the process and what he intended to do. Then he set about the job and completed the job in about 2 hrs time. He called and showed me the e before and after effects of the ducts. I am totally happy and a satisfied Customer. <br />

Great service, the technician came to my home and suggested I rescheduled the appointment as I had work going on that would get dust on the vents. He came back for another visit and performed a thorough cleaning of the vents. <br />
