They did an awesome job on the dryer duct cleaning. Tyler had so much knowledge about air conditioning/ heating/water tanks & dryer ducts. He gave us information on home maintenance package. Very friendly & personable.

Love these guys! They were fast, professional, and explained the whole process to me. I called them on a Friday and they came out that coming Monday for us. They arrive at the exact time they estimated as well. I will 100% be using them for all my furnace, water heater, duct cleaning, etc. in the future! I work from home and they were very considerate of my time and space, and were very considerate with the use of their booties and tarps on my floor. They're a smaller company and very hard workers!

I setup up a quote on site and received a call within 10 minutes. We setup a time for the service and the techs arrived on time. They walked me through the cleaning procedures and quickly completed the task. They showed me picture evidence of the before and after.

I have a 101 y/o commercial building with the old boiler. Mark is the only plumber who I found that could service it. He knew what he was doing. Even when that horrible snow hit. His son came out diagnosed the pump. Replaced and serviced the radiators. Thank you

I called Mark on a Tuesday about my old furnace which was acting up. He came over THAT AFTERNOON and with the information he gave me, I decided that it was time to replace it. On Thursday of that week I came home from work and the new unit was installed! Mark and his crew are professional, clean and knowledgeable. I have great peace of mind knowing that they did the work and that I paid a fair price.

Mark is a polite guy. He told me what I already knew, that there was a minor leak in the system. His ideal solution, for him, was to install a new unit. $3000. My unit was installed in 2010 and uses the new stuff - R410a refrigerant. The unit, a Carrier, has maybe 500 hours of use on it, (the house was empty for 3 years after the death of the previous owner, who died 3 months after installation). I had the system recharged with 1 pound over 2 years ago and it was quite adequate for two summers. Actual cold air. Mark claimed that he pays $125/lb for r410a refrigerant. A quick check on amazon indicates that a 25 lb canister can be had for about $9/lb. Look it up yourself. Gouging for refrigerant may be a new common industry practice in HVAC. My type is not the stuff being phased out. I do not know what he did for the $81 tuneup charge deal, aside from check the refrigerant pressure and evac. This took about a minute. He did not take anything apart or clean anything. He spent his time upselling on the new unit. Even fixing the small leak was advised against. Fixing a small leak in a copper tube and adding 4-5 lbs of refrigerant would cost $800, according to Mark. Just adding 4 pounds of r410a ,at $500, could freeze up the entire system like a block of ice. He actually said that. lol. I watched Mark put some refrigerant into the unit outside. It took about 10 seconds. I have no idea if it was 1 pound. Putting one pound into a car AC takes about 5 minutes. I turned on the AC on this first warm day since the service call. The AC was no better than before. I was out $146. I called him to come back and do the right thing, He declined, saying he was busy for weeks. caveat emptor. especially for HVAC. 'twas ever thus.

"Completely incorrect with your idea of not being treated fairly. System is completely empty and advised that a major leak causes a system to be empty. I'm not in business to rip customers off by taking money for something that won't work. The scale was right there for you to see the refrigerant added so you could have very well looked for yourself. I'm sorry that you are in denial of a unit that has issues. It's not our fault that yo decline to have it fixed properly to begin with. You were informed that a lb would not work and at no point did I ever tell you what I pay for 410a refrigerant. It was suggested to you that a leak check be done and also was told that more than likely the leak is in the indoor coil but you were so adamant about putting a lb in. Leaks are not typical of a proper running system. It's a shame that you would want to post such negativity just because I can't make it out immediately when just out and it could have been fixed the first time but all you wanted was a lb of refrigerant to be added because you have already spent a bunch of money on your home and want to sell and not spend anymore. The age of the unit means nothing they can have issues no matter how old they are. I hope no other contractor falls victim to your false claims."

The first time they came, they were polite, professional, honest, and he did a good job. It was a good price. He helped me out and answered my questions. He showed me something about the filter that I needed to know. He was right there on time, I think he was a little early too. I would definitely use him again, he went right to work. It wasn't long at all, maybe a half hour or 40 minutes. He was very helpful.

We had an Angie's list Big deal tune up special from 2016 but were not able to use it as planned. So a year later we called Advanced Air. They got us on the schedule right away. At the visit we were given the condition of our central air system. It was leaking coolant. Mark Franks, the owner, gave us options. We chose to replacement. That done he told us he saw that there was a veterans discount. That said much to me of integrity. He walked through what to expect. His crew was prompt, personable and professional. Talking to us throughout the process, they were neat cleaning up as they went. Mark came later to oversee and contribute to the installation. I can't say enough good things. I would not only use them in the future but would highly recommend to anyone. We will no doubt broadcast to friends and neighbors that this is a quality, trustworthy company, invested in ensuring that when they leave there is a successful outcome and a satisfied customer.
