Terrible first of all i felt pushed to get a Trane® by the rep that came out to our house for the owner of the company. none of his appointment were kept with us, no communication at the completion of the install, that we were getting a junk thermostat. We contacted them about it the beginning of the week to be told it would be here the following day , that story continued. Make a long story short home was very cold 3 weeks later (heat strips) were never turned on at time of install. Thermostat showed up i month 21 day later. Good Luck using this company, spoke with owner (David Hicks) he could careless.

Mr. Hicks is a very professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable person. He helped me to choose which system was best for me and my budget. He if didn't know the answer to a question that I asked, he made sure to find the answer and get back to me right away. <br /> Mr. Hicks scheduling was awesome. He was able to come out the next day to complete the installation and he made sure I was aware of his arrival time and if there was going to be any delays. Once he arrived, there were current issues with cut wires under my home. He never said once he wouldn't be able to completed the job nor he can come back another day. He did the ultimate thing, he bought more wires and installed it himself with no complaints. I have never encounter a person like him and for this, I am grateful. <br /> I would recommend Mr. Hicks to anyone!!! He receives 10 stars from me :) <br />

15 year old gas pack unit had to be replaced. Called various HVAC dealers and repair most of who did nto call back. Advanced Systems provided the most reasonable price for a Ruud unit . Installed new unit. They were very prompt and have stootd by their services. Has been over a year and I have been very pleased with unit and service. Would definitely recommend and would use again for future HVAC needs <br />

They were excellent. They were supposed to repair it the first time by switching on the breaker. It clicked off three weeks later again. They came out the second time and found out they had to replace the circuit breaker. It seems to me that they didn't know what they were doing since they had to come out twice. I am satisfied, though, as my air conditioning has been working since.

In not replacing the breaker on our first visit, we were trying to save you, our valued customer, the cost of a new breaker. After checking with two electric power companies and a master electrician,we have amended our service protocol to strongly recommend replacement of a breaker that trips more than once. This was an amazingly pleasant expereince. Mr. Hicks is very easy to work with. He was the low bid out of 7 ccompanies. His men came out the very next morning and was able to get my old unit running until they could replace it the next day. They did their work fast and professionally. They cleaned up everything when they were through leaving the work area perfect. They even filed my paperwork to qualify for a $300 tax rebate and a $300 Progress Energy rebate! They are amazing.

AC went out on Saturday night. I called Advanced Air Systems at 12 pm on Sunday. The technition (David Black) came out and diagnosed the problem right away. He gave me repair options from used part, new part, or new system. He was willing to do any of the above for us. We decided to go with the new system. The technition called his parts distributor and had them open up on Sunday so they could repair our system and make sure we didn't have to spend another night without AC. The unit was installed for the price quoted and there were no surprised charges. Do ask for David Brown to do the repair work.

We just purchased our house and have had multiple problems with our hvac system. We have a home warranty so we had to have some one who would take the warranty and that wasn't easy to find. We had been using another service who ended up damaging our system so were happy to have this company referred to us. They took our home warranty and came out to fix our air conditioning system on the Sunday before memorial day. The previous company wouldn't come out to fix the system on the holiday so we had the new guys come out. Not only did they find the error that the previous company broke causing this new problem they fully explained everything that was going on with they system and began to troubleshoot all of the issues so that hopefully we would have the system work for more than just a few months at a time. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
