The service was excellent. They were knowledgeable. They were very good with communications. They were always on time, prompt and careful with working around the house.

We were extremely pleased with the work Dustin and the Advanced Drying people did. Unfortunately due to mistakes WE made prior to engaging them, the clean up was more complicated than it typically would have been. Dustin was great about explaining our options and developing a clean up plan that addressed the issues we had created before getting the AD people on site. The work was further complicated due to a hospital stay my mother in law had at the same time. Dustin did a great job at adjusting his work to accommodate the schedule we had to work with related to the hospitalization. The effort that Dustin made to both work with our schedule and remediate the unfortunately large area of contamination were greatly appreciated.

Dustin and his team were great in dealing with our needs and did great work. After the work, we have had a few scares and Dustin was consultative and not looking to make a buck. He tried to make sure we did not have to use their business. Not many would act with that kind of morality. My highest recommendation goes to Advanced Drying. If you have an issue and are using someone else, you are making a mistake.

In January, I came home to fifteen feet wide of water flowing out of my garage. As I ran into the house I was shocked to see several inches of water on the floor of my kitchen and laundry room. The water was pouring all over my new cabinets, soaking the walls, ceiling and flowing into the garage. I was devastated to see my newly remodeled home in such disarray. I called the insurance company and they suggested I call one of their ?preferred? restoration companies. I didn?t even think that I could choose who came to my house since they were paying for it so I setup the appointment which wasn?t until the next evening. I couldn?t believe I had to wait a whole day to start the cleanup. About an hour later I called a friend who explained to me that I could choose who I want to come and do the cleanup. He gave me the number of Dustin at Advanced Drying. I called Dustin and he said he could be over to assess the damage that evening. Less than a few hours later he showed up and got started. He was very detailed oriented. He went over everything with us so we would understand what the cleanup would entail. He assured us that the cleanup part would be painless. The next day his crew showed up ready to demo. They put down plastic covers to protect the floors and cleaned up every inch of garbage and dust. They were very courteous and kind to my husband and I, our children, and our animals. They took care of everything and made it very comfortable for us. <br /> <br /> I hope I never have another flood but if I did, I would definitely use Advanced Drying again. They are the best in the business and customer service is their number one priority. You can?t go wrong with Dustin and his crew.  <br /> <br /> Thank you for making a terrible experience bearable for our family. 

I could not have asked for a better mold inspection and remediation than Dustin and his team.  Very professional, knowledge and explained everything thoroughly.  My home is now my safe haven after a successfully remediation with Advanced Drying. Don't hesitate for a second to call. <br> <br>

Kudos to Dustin and Michael, who came by do give a free estimate of damage to my drywall after a pipe leak was fixed earlier in the day.  It didn't feel that wet to me (the plumber had cut out some wet drywall), but Steamy Concepts was called in by the plumber and gave me an estimate of $700 to $1200 to dry it out for a few days.  Just to double check, I found Advanced Drying on Angies List and left a message with Dustin, who promptly sent Michael over.  Michael confirmed that there was no need to do a dry-out, and also offered to provide a topical spray at no charge just to ensure there'd be no mold growth. <br />

Dustin Anderson, owner of Advanced Drying, came to our house to look for possible mold after HERTSMI testing revealed the presence of a specific type that could be causing health issues for me. Dustin came highly recommended from several people who have similar sensitivities to mold. He was clearly well versed in the subject matter and it was apparent that he is genuinely motivated by helping people with these sensitivities, even if it means his services are not needed. He took the time to answer all of our many questions. Because further testing must be done to determine what remediation would entail, we did not talk about cost. I can't therefore speak to how that might compare to others who offer similar services. What I can tell you is that I was very impressed. I can't imagine finding someone whom I felt more confident in as far as their knowledge and integrity. I am grateful to him for his generosity in time and for the direction he gave in how to proceed. I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation. <br />

Put in fans and dehumidifiers, pulled out bad wallboard and removed mold from areas behind fireplace and in bathrooms.  Later, they turned over the work to Rocking M, a Tucson contractor, to put things back together -- repainting and remodeling, including restoring two bathrooms.   The property looks terrific.   Excellent work done at a fair price, with real attention to detail. <br />

They have been working with me since February and I could not recommend any company higher than I do them. They're amazing. I've referred everybody I know to them. The approximate cost depends on what you need doing.

Dustin and his team are great! Very polite and professional and easy to work with. They did an excellent job removing the black mold in our kitchen and also restored it to back to it's original state. The cabinet's needed to be rebuilt and came out better than the original! Excellent carpentry work and overall quality. I definitely recommend Advanced Drying Inc.! <br />

In addition to what they did, the team that worked on our home was extremely efficient, hard-working, and thorough. They always kept us informed as to not only when they would be doing the work, but also what they were doing and what the next steps would be. We found it quite refreshing from a previous experience we had. They took every measure to preserve those things that could be preserved (i.e. our one-piece shower and tub unit).  <br /> The day we contacted the owner he came out immediately, started the containment right away, and his team was out early the next morning. The owner was extremely pleasing to work with and kept up well-informed all the way though the process. He definitely made a really bad situation for us into a more positive and comfortable experience. <br />

<p>My house was flooded. Dustin and his crew came quickly to assess the damage and remove wet carpet, pads, drywall, insulation, and cabinets. They used antimicrobial spray to assure no mold or other organisms would grow and installed five or six large dehumidifiers and many fans to assure everything was completely dry. The drying process took about four days.</p> <p>Every person on the crew worked efficiently and were pleasant. Having Advanced Drying take care of things, made a difficult situation much easier.</p> <br />

They came out and looked at the problem and fixed it right away. They came all the way from Tuscan and contained the mold. In fact, they found out more mold in the closet and in the basement. The best thing was, he dealt with our insurance company. He explained what he did, sent them pictures and everything that was done. They didn't want to cover it, but he spoke to them and got it covered and got the cheque. He was very knowledgeable on how to find the mold, contain it and did all the air test to check if it was gone and also knew how to deal with insurance companies.

I was very impressed with the person that came. He was honest, sincere and most helpful. I was having a cooler issue at the time so after he had checked my mobile home, we made arrangements for me to call him when the cooler work was done. I did so, and it was decided that no further action needed to be taken at this time. <br />

It was good. I spent the amount that the deal was for. I had a piece of mind that mold wasn't an issue in my home.

They were professional, efficient, and reliable. Very aware of and sensitive to my environmental sensitivities. They did the job well. I had the room tested for mold after they finished their work and it passed with flying colors. Explained each step and the costs as it went along. It takes a longer period of time to do this than you might think, so be prepared to live in another part of your house or in temporary quarters for several weeks. The thyme oil leaves a strong smell, but it goes away when you air out the room for a couple of weeks after it is all done. <br /> Great job - would call them again for any future water damage problems -- but hope not to need their services. <br />

Dustin and his crew removed all the offensive material (which means the shower, floor, ceiling, wall, insulation) and treated the contamination. The noise of the air scrubbers was the most intrusive part of their visit, but thankfully had another bedroom to be able to sleep in. They were all the utmost professionals. Yes, the price was higher than I wanted, but how often do we check out mold remediation prices?

We came home to a water leak that had damaged our upstairs bathroom. The walls and carpet were discolored and had a mix of black and orange. We were afraid of mold, so we called Advanced Drying. They came out and confirmed there was no mold and offered to help with the repairs by directly dealing with insurance. They were highly professional and I would recommend doing business with them again.

There one mishap, but other than that it went very well. They demolished my shower and it caused water damage in the bathroom and laundry room, but the repaired it for me at no cost for the water damage repair.

The actual job was done in a professional manner and on a timely basis. Their cleanup was, however, incomplete as there was a lot of tape residue left on my painted doorframes. Rather than send a workman to clean up the mess the owner made several suggestions as to what products I could buy to clean it myself. <br />

We had a small leak behind our bathroom sink. The plumber fixed, but recommended I have someone come out to see if drywall should be cut out/dried and, if found, mold be treated. I called two companies for estimates. Both were professional, but Advanced Drying was my choice because the owner was so responsive and took so much time explaining everything to me. <br /> Once contract was signed, he immediately started the remediation and performed the work both professionally and to my satisfaction. <br />

They were extremely quick and responsive. The owner was very friendly. They took care of the problem and removed any water so that we didn't have any future mold issues or anything.
