Dustless sanding & refinishing or restoration, with over 110 stain colors or custom stains we can compliment any ideas you have. We specialize in large jobs as well as small jobs. We use extremely durable finishes, green base or oil bases,or even wax for old antique floors restoration. We offer any kind of repairs, also new floor installations, custom borders, or inlays. We also install floating floors and finished solid floor. We offer sound proof barriers between the floors and sub-floor. We also do some basic baseboards and quarter-rounds. We do not install laminated or engineered floors. (glue down floors) Free estimates. Discount available for Angie's List members. Cost is determined by the job.

Silvio and David were excellent to work with. The project was more labor intensive that I originally thought, so Silvio offered to work on a weekend to finish it in a timely manner. I am would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals.

I hired them to remove carpet and install laminate flooring in a property I have. I was going to be out of town but needed it to get done before the new tenant moved in. They were able to do the job on short notice and did a fantastic job. The finished product looked great and I will definitely hire him again.

Great from start to finish. I contacted them via email and they asked me to send pictures of the stairs that we wanted completed. He sent me a quote which was extremely fair. They scheduled the work for several weeks out and were able to deliver on that timeline. The guy that did the work was very skilled, but also very clean and neat. He went to great lengths to ensure that each day the work area was cleaned up and vacuumed of most dust. The stairs came out beautiful and we're very happy.

It went fantastic. The work was rather extensive as part of the had to be replaced due to water damage and we ended up having the kitchen, hallways, closet, and living room refinished. Everything was done on time, the floors turned out great, and the level of professionalism was beyond the expectation.

He removed existing floor in kitchen and repaired a 2' x 4' a missing portion of bedroom floor. Stained and finished both. Did an excellent job of containing the dust and mess. Radu was very pleasant to have around and I would recommend Advanced Flooring to anyone.

David responded quickly with an estimate and was clear in communicating re scheduling. His suggestion to add stain from the natural color to better match with cabinets added $125 to the original estimate but was reasonable and the correct decision. The work was done professionally and on schedule. David and his co-worker were friendly, communicative, and informative. The end result was beautiful, particularly replacement of damaged floor boards. The work will add value to the sale of our house. While the cost was somewhat more than I had hoped, it seemed fair and in line with the competition.

I actually used this company in 2009 and had a good experience. This time was different. David again was responsive and obviously knew the hardwood, stains and finishes very well. Prior to starting work, we walked through the home and looked at the floor, removed the custom wood vent covers (I agreed that one needed to be replaced.) Work commenced as agreed, and I was given ample opportunity to see different stains on the actual floor. The work took an extra day which impacted my move, however, I know that the staining process is uncertain. As I was moving in (the day after work was completed) I attempted to remove the vent covers to take out some cable wiring and vacuum the sawdust (my daughter has asthma.) The covers were glued in place by the stain and finish. I attempted to use a razor blade to no avail. I contacted David and he stated the vent covers couldn't be removed prior to their work. This was obviously wrong plus he had replaced one of the vent covers. He also stated that no one else had ever complained before (different cleaning habits, I guess.) I later found out that it is common knowledge that wood vent covers are glued into place if not removed during the stain/finish process (many online sources). David offered to stop by and look at the problem. I declined his assistance and decided to seek help elsewhere. My cost to smash open and trying to replace the vent covers was >$450, including the one he replaced for $25. I had to go with an inferior product as the wood covers were custom and would not match the originals. Not happy with this outcome.

As far as the vents we do place them in most cases , back on the floor before the finish coat it's applied,other wise the finish can build up the vent frame and the vent sticks up .As far as our final price ,you mentioned it was below ,the lowest bid you had .Have a great day ,and we appreciate again your business !"

The project went very smoothly from start to finish. David came out to inspect the project and gave me some recommendations. From there we scheduled the job for the following week. His team came out and worked very hard and did a terrific job. The were very professional, courteous and cleaned up after the work. Te floor look terrific. I would highly recommend Advanced hardwood flooring.
