They service my system annually. Joe comes out and is on time and very professional. His prices are very good and I would highly recommend him.

Excellent. This job required the installation of several hundred feet of PVC drainage pipe on the front, sides and rear of my home. The PVC was installed several inches below ground; and, so, trenching was necessary. I am especially proud of my front lawn and have invested heavily in maintaining it. So, to avoid damaging the lawn, Joe dug the trench (on the front of house) by hand; then, he carefully replaced the sod which, at the time of this writing, is growing well and has completely blended with the rest of the lawn. There is no evidence that the lawn was ever disturbed. Great attention to detail. I highly recommend this company,

First install resulted in pump cycling too frequently. He came back and installed larger pressure tank at no extra charge. A week later a leak developed in the old piping at the well head (probably because the system was now pressurized continuously after more than a year of being idle). Fixed the leaking pipes quickly and at a fair price

Based on reviews, I contacted Joe to see if he could replace the pump body vice replacing both motor and pump as most other pump & well well companies wanted to do for more than $1300 despite having a perfectly good motor. Joe recommended that he not only replace the body, but because of the corrosion, he recommended also replacing the impeller and internals. Joe kept me informed as he found the components and then scheduled the work. He arrived on time and did a superb job to ensure that the irrigation system was back in service. He is a particularly engaging company owner and most enjoyable to talk with.

Joe is awesome! Very prompt returning calls and showing up to the do the job! It's been a couple years since he last serviced our system, which goes to show the quality of his work. Some sprinkler heads were overshooting, undershooting, misaligned, or receding, so he adjusted them to optimize coverage. He also repaired the siphon tubing on my Rid-o-Rust pump system. HIGHLY RELIABLE AND RECOMMENDED!

Joe was fantastic. We would hire him again in a second.  He is extremely responsive and professional. He installed the pump and sprinkler during the winter and then came back in the spring to get everything going. He was very patient about showing us how to use the pump and answer any questions we had. His prices were competitive. We are so happy we hired him.

For the estimate Joe came out exactly on time and did a full walk through to listen to what we were looking for.  His offer was the nest from all the quotes we got.  He did the job himself, so it took him about 3 days; however this was not an issue as it was the winter.  We weren't looking for a system to be installed in a day.  So this setup worked just fine for us.    He proceeded to also winterize the system after installation and verifying it all worked.  Joe recently came back out to get it setup for hte spring season and ready.  We are very pleased so far. <br />

I was very happy with the service, outcome, and professionalism I experienced with this company.  Joe was on time with the free estimate, took time to answer my many questions, and was very efficient during the actual installation process. <br /> He was very knowledgeable and helpful in discerning what type of system would best work for me, taking into account my newly seeded yard, the water needs of my flowers and plants, and the challenge of installing the 5 different zones to cover every nook and cranny.  He used a combination of directional spray heads, rotating heads, and a drip system, maneuvering around the driveway, patio, house, trees, and walkways!  He cleaned up everything so well you could not tell he was there! <br /> Joe also installed a wireless rain gauge at no extra charge, and fixed my leaking outdoor faucet for a minimal fee.  <br /> I had him winterize the system and will call him to start it up again in the spring. <br />

Highly recommend Advanced Irrigation. I've used their service for last couple of years. He always calls me right back. The service is great and he comes right out. Very professional. Best customer service I've had while living in Virginia. <br />

The service was great. We had Joe Melick come out. He was great. He is always on time.

They did a great job.  They cleaned up after themselves.  I called them back a couple of months later to do other work.  He never responded to my calls or texts.

Price was better than the competition.  No issues with quality, cleanliness or communication.  Money well spent. <br />

From initial contact to completion, Joe was professional and prompt in all correspondence. During the service call, he adjusted the pump switch for 1 of my 6 zones. Then he assessed a soft spot in the lawn due to a broken sprinkler head, which he fixed. He's quick! I think he did all this in about 20 minutes! Thanks, Joe. Will definitely call on him if needed! <br />

He was prompt, great communication, very thorough, replaced only what was needed, explained each detail needed as a home owner to run the system.  Once we landscape, we will be calling him back to adjust all zones and in the winter to winterize our system.  HIGHLY recommend him. <br />
