BEWARE! Do not hire Ismael Gonzalez (owner) and his crew to do anything! He was hired to do a pool remodel for me. 3 and a 1/2 months after hiring him and paying him double of what his quote was, he was fired. He had only completed 1/4 of the job and had not shown up to work in over a month but told me daily that they were on their way. His excuses were endless! He was given money to purchase supplies/materials that never made it onto the site, and he refused to provide me the receipts for these materials. He was asked for over a month to bring the pool cover that I purchased through him to my house. He never did. Please learn from my mistake and the others that wrote reviews about this company and DO NOT HIRE HIM! He turned my dream backyard remodel that I gave my life savings to, into my worst nightmare! I am left with an unplastered, not tiled, not plumbed 15x30x10ft hole in my backyard and no money to fix it. DO NOT BE HIS NEXT VICTIM, DO NOT HIRE! (by the way, the 5-star reviews written for him are from his wife, his wifes mother, and a plumber friend of his, not by his actual victims).
