Advanced Overhead Garage Door Service understood my need for immediate repair, as our door was stuck open, yet a car was trapped inside. After multiple attempts to hire other companies, only to be turned away due to scheduling delays, Advanced Overhead Garage Door empathized with my situation and put me on the schedule that day. When the crew arrived a few hours later, they displayed comfort in the ability to fix, and had the parts to do so. Also, they touched up some areas that needed attention, for an additional layer of service. I highly support and recommend Advanced Overhead Garage Door Service.

I called Advanced Overhead Garage Door Service early Thursday and despite the very loud background noise and crosstalk in their office, the person said they would send Samuel later this afternoon. Samuel took one look out the garage door opener and quickly went to the "new" option, namely either a Linear chain drive for $499 or a belt drive opener for $599. Meanwhile, he replaced the garage door rollers (12) to the tune of $133.75. I informed Samuel that I had selected the belt drive opener and he indicated that the office would call me later Thursday afternoon at the earliest, tomorrow at the latest to set up the appointment. I had to quickly call Samuel back as he forgot to give back my keys and garage door remote. After waiting Friday and the entire weekend, I called the office on Monday to inquire about the status of our new installation. My person said she was just doing our invoice, but wasn't sure what we were talking about. I explain the situation and my communications with Samuel. She professed ignorance about the situation and said she would send Samuel back out for the installation. I told her not to and would seek other options. I was told that they have 5 STARS across the board, but I responded, not any more! I contacted PRECISION Garage Door, and got a quote from them later that day from $623 + tax for a belt driven opener. I finally connected with Joe Cathcart at Mr. On The Way (336.549.7420) and he came out to look at our garage door opener, and after much tweaking, he relented that our 12 year old opener was kaput and he offered a new belt drive opener installed for only $525.50. Joe is the best!

Their office called me immediately to schedule service same day. She was able to give me a one hour window and quote me a price on the phone. The service team was on time but still called ahead. They were very professional and did the work quickly. Very happy with the service.

Got a call from Advanced Overhead Garage Door Service within minutes of requesting help. Kevin came out first thing in the morning. 7:30. I was sweating it...sure it was going to cost me fortune...or a new door...or something big. But he said it was a pretty simple fix...and because we are putting the house on the market in 3 days, he didn't try to sell me a new door. Thank you. But I've got his card and will definitely use them when we start our next house redo. Took him about 30 minutes. Very reasonable.

Aaron and his associate were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. A rare combination in this day and time. My problem was quickly diagnosed as being the remote. I called Advanced at 6:45am when I couldn't open my garage to leave for work. The office staff were friendly and assured me someone would be there to help quickly. By 7:30am Aaron was there to help get me up and running. He quickly diagnosed my problem as the motor. He was able to replace it and had my garage door working in no time. I was very pleased and would call them again in the future
