He did not finish the interior. My job/house was never a priority. He always had excuses as to why he couldn't come back, or he would say he'd be there and not show. He was paid half up front, so no money came out of his pocket. When I told him to just forget it, give me the money back, and we will call it even. He wouldn't do it. He kept $300 for a job that was not completed. I would not recommend hiring Rick Young/Advanced Painting.
