Advanced Pavers Corp

Patio came out nicely. Workers made a mess of our backyard; we still have concrete splashes on our fence and planters. Owner was to have workers come back to clean up but that did not happen. All said and done; the patio looks great and the price was good.

The job went very well. Even though the temperature was extremely hot the men work non stop. and cleaned up extremely well. I would recommend Advanced Pavers Corp.

This job did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. When we got our estimate, we spoke about widening a walkway for improved wheelchair access. It was included in the estimate. When the workers arrived, they removed a 3 foot wide walkway and were preparing to put down the pavers. They readily began to widen the path when I mentioned it, but then they realized that sprinkler heads would have to moved. (This was discussed during the estimate.) This led to a delay. One sprinkler head was broken and completely buried, the other was broken below the surface. They were apparently broken by the skid steer that they used to remove the old concrete path. That same skid steer also took a chunk of concrete out of gutter. They also placed a dumpster in the street without putting any wood under the wheels. This created divots in the street which my HOA demanded be fixed. I called Advanced Pavers and Orion ultimately came back and fixed everything, but it took a lot of time because of broken appointments and created a lot of frustration. Overall, I am grading them as Fair because I'm not sure that the pavers that were undermined due to the broken sprinklers were adequately re-compacted after the sprinkler repair. The end result looks good right now, but time will tell. I really don't like paying for professional installation and being left with doubt about the end result.

Although a day late the workers were polite and hard workers. The pavers look clean but no real sign of seal. Also they talked me out of resanding the pavers which was included in the estimate and I believe was a mistake. Orion gave the estimate but never showed up again to see the finished job or ask if the job was satisfactory. He did call the workers and ask me to give them a check before they left, which was a big mistake. The pressure washer damaged 3 screens, which the workers acknowledged, and Orion said he would fix. After several calls and broken promises I gave up and fixed the screens myself at my expense. To this day (4-19-16) he has not made an attempt to fix the screens he damaged. <br />

Estimate was done quickly. They got the job because handymen and other paver companies on angie'slist either didn't respond or were too slow to respond. An overall good job was done. I had a little trouble  communicating with the 2 workers, but they knew what they were doing. <br />

He did a good job. I kind of think that he had too many jobs going on so it took him a while to get it all done and get his guys there. He kind of measured wrong on time. His quality of work was good but overall he just didn't do a fantastic job of planning out the job. He had to come back and get from me some more money or something like that. He was pretty good at responding. They didn't back to me right away on some of that. They were a little professional.

Finished project was great.   Clean up was very good but they had to come back twice to do it right. <br /> Overall, we are pleased with the project and found them easy and friendly to work with. <br />

We arranged for more work than called for in the special, and the price was adjusted accordingly.  While the price and brickwork were good, the workers made a mess along the entire area, in my driveway and in the street that took me two days to clean up.  Very unprofessional.  When I called to request some follow-up work to fix a steep drop off, I was promised a visit to fix the problem, but no one ever showed up. <br />

Called them, someone came to take margements and give a quote. Called few days later and confirm the job and the installation day. <br />They showed up and perform the job accordingly . <br /> <br /> <br />

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and Dave was quick to schedule the meeting and arrived on time. He took his time measuring and had creative ideas and suggestions. Upon receiving the estimate I was pleased with the price as well. After scheduling the work Dave met the crew at my home to be sure that they were clear with everything that had to be done. The 2 man crew worked hard all day. They were friendly and did a great job. They also cleaned up too. Many of my neighbors commented on the improved look and asked for the name of the company. I would definitely use them again and do recommend Advanced Pavers. <br />

Orion was always responsive and professional.  He was also very patient with us because we first wanted the driveway paved and then changed our minds to pave the pool area instead.  His workers were also very professional and they did a great job.  He is coming back today to lower the pool for us so the workers can clean out some of the coping that fell in the pool.  They also moved any extra pavers to the side of the house for us.  He is trustworthy and very knowledgable.  I am so happy we found him on Angie's List.  When we save up the money, we will have him back again to pave our driveway. <br /> <br />
