I have never dealt with this company but on November 9th 2024, I was in Arizona on vacation and I noticed a charge on my card from this company. Like I said I don't even know who this company is. I don't live anywhere near berks county pa. I don't understand why this would happen and I am quite annoyed

One person came to complete the job and it took about 2-3 hours.  He left the area clean.  I trust this company.

This is the first time we've ever had them here because of the water heater. It's a father and son business. The son was here and he was very polite and professional. I would definitely use them again. They gave us a window between 10 and 2. They did call my husband because they had his phone number. They did call and let him know which then he called me because he was at work but they let him know they would be here in a half hour so I thought that was nice so if I would have been out, I knew they would be here in half hour, and they were here in less than half hour.

Bryan was very thorough in repairing our laundry pump and corrected other mistakes from the original contractor that installed it. We were very impressed with his expertise; he was honest and took his time to fix our plumbing issues which we were relieved to get taken care of properly. He cleaned the area when he was done and was friendly, and we felt comfortable with him in our home which means a lot today. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. <br />

Perfect transaction Bryan (and his helper, Brian) arrived early (after calling us first), started working and kept working until done.  they did the job professionally and cheerfully and also gave me advice on resolving a plumbing problem I didn't know about by myself. I felt the price was very fair.  We couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend Advance Plumbing. <br />

Brian is the best! I would never use anybody else. He is professional, courteous,  and honest. He made sure  everything was in working order before he left, and even took notice that the original outdoor faucet wasn't installed correctly by the builder, so he fixed that. His pricing was fair, and he worked efficiently. We were  very impressed with his knowledge, as well. We plan to have him back anytime we need plumbing work done. Thank you, Brian! <br />

They arrived 35 minutes early which was great - they respected my home and took off their shoes - did both jobs in a very reasonable time and are extremely professional.  I would definitely use them again! <br /> This service just happened this past Saturday so I haven't been billed yet - the above cost is an estimate. <br />

He was wonderful. He was very friendly. He cleaned everything and we were very happy with him.

Bryan showed up on time with correct part to replace since Krissie did the pre-work coordination with me to identify what needed replaced. Fast, effective work. Great job. Trustworthy also.

Brian showed up on time, completed the job in two hours which was exceptional, considering the fine quality of his work.  Will never use anyone else he's the best and most honest plumber I've meet.

<p>Provider was very detailed, explaining what he was doing and why.  He isolated the water heater from the water supply and return.  He placed covers over the entry tiles and carpet.</p> <p>I would recommend Advanced Plumbing very highly.</p> <br />

The technician had told me I would need extensive work on the unit due to a potential leak as the freon was low. After bringing the company who installed the unit and maintained the inventory, it was found that the unit was fine and only needed one or two small fixes that Advanced actually didn't catch at all! <br />

They arrived on-time, completed the job independently, and completed the job properly. We have not had any trouble with the work that was completed, and I plan on calling them back when our apartments need work in the future. <br />

He was very professional and clearly explained all of our options. He got the parts in quickly and came right at the quoted budget even though we went with a more expensive faucet. While fixing the faucet, he discovered that wires to our dishwasher were improperly installed by the previous owner. He went back to his shop to get parts to fix it, noting that he felt he could not leave it as is as it was unsafe. He did not charge us extra for this, despite the extra parts and labor.  We've never had a plumber who was so great to work with, and will certainly continue to use him for all future projects.  One note is that he had a new receptionist at the time of service, and she did not call us back initially. We had to call a few times, but the good service was worth the minor inconvenience. <br />

Bryan came out and inspected the water heater, which was leaking. We were going to try and hold off replacing it for a week because of scheduling conflicts, but Bryan thought it was leaking too badly so he arranged to come on his day off. He also diagnosed that the expansion tank had failed and that was causing several other problems, a leaking T&P valve and a leak at the water softener. He also told us about a service the water softener manufacture has for rebuilding the softener. <br /> Bryan arrived on the scheduled date and time and replaced the water heater and expansion tank. The job took a couple of hours. When he was done everything was clean and neat. He even fixed a problem with the discharge line of my sump pump at no cost. <br />

He was professional and explained everything as he went. I was taken back on how inexpensive it was for him to fix the plumbing in my bathroom. Because of that I asked about work done on my garbage disposal. He explained what should be done and I had him replace that as well. It only took a few hours and we were up and running. I am very pleased with the work of Advanced Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone. <br />

Advanced plumbing did an amazing job.  The plumber ( Bryan ) was very friendly and did a high quality job.  The install went great and he even took the time to talk to me about some upcoming plumbing projects I would like to tackle.  It was a great experience and I look forward to working with them again in the future. <br />

Plumber replaced the leaking tank and removed old tank.  Installed a cement pad , that should have done by previous crew, in order to level the tank.  Installed an expansion tank on cold water side which was required by local code.  Replaced hot and cold isolation valves due to previous valves not working.  Fired, leak tested, and cleaned work area.  Bryan and his assistant did superior work and went out of their way to to do a fine job, very friendly and professional, will continue to use them as my plumber of choice. <br />
