Keith was great!! My hot water heater went and called Advanced Plumbing. Keith got me in quickly and was very prompt plus professional!! He came out and pointed out what issues he saw, what my reasonable options were and gave a very fair price. Work was finished the same day and was very professionally done. Thanks again Keith!! Will call again... Had to call Advanced Plumbing again when a family member had surgery and returned home to a dead hot water heater. Keith promptly called back on a weekend and showed the next day ready to replace it. He came first thing on a Sunday morning, scoped the job and came back with a very fair price. He replaced that morning and the hot water is flowing again! Keith is such a professional and fully explains everything he is doing. I wouldn't think of using another plumber!! Job done professionally and efficiently

This is the second review Iâ m now writing about Keith. He was so incredible the first time I needed him and so obviously it was a no-brainer who I was gonna call again. My first experience with Keith was when I was doing a kitchen project and it required plumbing to be completed in order for the next phase to continue. I called a lot of plumbers and not one of them was able to accommodate me on such short notice. I then came upon Keithâ s number and explained my situation to him. He was able to help me by working me into his busy schedule. He got the job done and the project continued and also completed on time thanks to him. From that point on I vowed that if I ever needed a plumber heâ d be the first one I was going to call. Also whenever I hear if someone needs a plumber I automatically recommend him. Heâ s just completed the second job I needed him forâ ¦ and he was just as awesome as that first time. Heâ s professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. And most importantly he shows up on time. Iâ m telling everyone whoâ s reading this right now heâ s the guy to call. You absolutely not regret it.

Just felt the cost for some of the work was high but the consultation was invaluable for me to get over the hump to finish the tub/shower process. I learned a lot in the time he took to walk me through each piece of work. A very competent and professional plumber. I was just not prepared for the cost of plumbing services for my specific needs.

Keith is a very knowledgeable professional that I hired for a large messy job and I can recommend him without reservation. He provided me lots of options and let me choose which one I thought best. He showed up when expected and had to in order not to leave me without a toilet. He was very well organized and had with him almost everything needed for the job. He worked at a steady pace with minimal breaks and never took any shortcuts that would compromise quality. He correctly estimated the time needed for job and finished a day early by putting in a really long last day. Disruption of the house was kept to a minimum and he didnâ  t leave me without a toilet at the end of the day. His work area was always neat and clean and I was left with very little mess. The cleanliness of the work area was actually better than before the work was started. Minimal damage was done when removing the old parts and much of this material can be recycled or used on another project. He was prompt in typing up the paperwork and the final invoice did not exceed his estimate. The final design was undetermined until completion and I wasnâ  t charged extra for any of the change of plans that were made or additional parts that he had to go get.

Forgot to mention Advanced Plumbing also included a 1 year warranty on the finished work...some nice icing on the cake of a job well done!

Keith was extremely accommodating and changed his schedule in order to replace our hot water heater. He arrived earlier than planned and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Keith for all your plumbing needs.
