NEVER EVER USE ADVANCED POOL AND SPA IN NICEVILLE. THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. THEYVE NO SHOWED FOUR SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS, WITH NO CALL SAYING WHY OR WHEN THEY WOULD RETURN. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE TAKEN OFF OF WORK AND REARRANGED SCHEDULES FOR A WEEK TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. IVE BEEN PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING, AGAIN TODAY THEY HAVE NO SHOWED AND WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE AND COMPLAIN (ALWAYS USING YES AND NO MA'AM) THEIR OWNER PROCEEDED TO SCREAM AT ME TO THE POINT THAT MY HUSBAND, WHO WAS ACROSS THE ROOM, COULD HEAR HER. SHE CLAIMED I CALLED HER "HORRIFIC NAMES" WHICH IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL LIE. ALTHOUGH FINALLY FRUSTRATED TODAY, I DID NEVER AND WOULD NEVER CALL A BUSINESS OWNER A NAME OF ANY SORT. THEY ARE A HORRIFIC, SORRY COMPANY WITH THE MOST ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND EVERY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM I CAN THINK OF SO OTHERS CAN AVOID THIS KIND OF ORDEAL

Looked at pool for about a minute, diagnosed problem came out next business day pool was clear day after. Jaime knows his stuff. <br /> <br />

<p>Advanced Pool left me a message to call them on my first suggested appointment date.  I called and explained my problem.  In less than an hour, the owner was at my door and started his trouble shooting.  His electrician arrived about an hour after his call.  He obviously was highly experienced in his work and rewired the dual voltage air switch controller which was the problem and not the house wiring.  After the electric motor was fix to run, I discovered that I have an electrical problem with my Freeze Controller and the electrician has been scheduled to return to check it out.  </p> Although, I paid Advanced Pool & Spa the agreed $39, I paid the electrician $225 for his service call, a new Dual Circuit Breaker and 1.5 hours labor for two people.  I was pleased with Advanced Pool & Spa and the electrician.  I could not ask for a quicker responses to a problem.   Everyone  was very polite and professional.   A day later, Advanced Pool & Spa made a special call to insure that my problem was taken care of. <br />

FANTASTIC

My pool pump was making a terrible grinding noise and then just suddenly stopped working. Of course I had people coming that weekend and did not know what to do. I called 2 other companies that never bothered to show up, so Friday morning I called Advanced and they came out around lunch time and was able to install a new motor for me right away. Then they went ahead and clean the pool and added chemicals for me as well. I was really inpressed with how easy they were to talk to. The lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and very personable. The person who came out to help me was so nice as well. I am definately using them again, in fact, they are starrting pool service for me this week. And right in time for the 4th holiday.
