Advanced Roofing, Siding, & Windows

Went pretty well, except for one of Frank's guys backed into my fence.  Not a big deal, they knocked the money off of the price.  I think that the biggest issue for me with Frank is this:  Neither he, nor his laborers, are trained professionals at what they do.  They are simply a few guys who do not speak much english who have had some experience doing odd jobs with other companies.  As for minor things around the house, I don't think they could do much damage.  For big or important jobs, such as re-roofing, siding, replacing gutters, painting, drainage, replacing windows...etc, I think I would use a professional, but that's just me.  I'll probably end up paying more for a job, but peace of mind is priceless. <br />

<br /> From the beginning the experience was excellent. Starting with dealing with the insurance adjuster and then the insurance company. We placed our order for the color of roofing that we wanted but when the office went to order they found out that the color was no longer available. So the young lady that handles the ordering gave us a call and was very polite and helpful in helping us find another color that would come close to our first chose. The color suggestion was on point. The following day the material was delivered and the crew was  here soon after to get started. The crew took care the extra situation that came about due to the patio and layed the roofing and did a wonderful job. Eddie and crew has left a great impression for Advance Roofing and a great impression on us as customers. I would like to thank Advanced Roofing and would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work.

Advanced Roofing, siding and windows says it all....I have had them do my windows, my roof and my siding but the best was last year they built me my favorite room in my house.  A screened in patio.  I have used this company for over 5 years and continue to go back to them and recommend them to all my friends.   I know I can call them anytime for anything and they can provide guidance for areas they don't do but always with a smile and integrity.  This is the company to use if you want reliable, excellent service.  Always done on time and on budget.  Yay Advanced Roofing, siding and windows...my house would not have made it without you.  Keep up the great work...

Eddie and his team at Advanced RS&W were excellent from the very moment they entered our home. They were courteous, professional, and timely in all our dealings. It was clear to me that Eddie wanted to establish a relationship, as opposed making the sale / finalizing a transaction.  I interviewed over 5 different companies to determine which one to work with. Once I met with Eddie, I was confident that he would deliver a sound, quality product, and do so with superior customer satisfaction.  He exceeded my expectations. <br /> <br /> For instance, when Eddie and his team initially came to install the large Paladium window over the door, he came with a crew of 3.  After looking at the size of the job, he informed me that this task would require a different team configuration; the window was sizable.  We rescheduled for another visit.  When Eddie returned with a new crew (himself and 4 other team members), he instructed his team to be meticulous while inside our home.  They covered every exposed area to ensure that our floors, walls, etc. were not scratched or damaged.  Eddie explained the process to me all along the way, keeping me informed of all that would occur.  He did not leave until I was absolutely satisfied with his product and service.  Once I assured him that I was, he and his crew cleaned their work area, vacuumed the floor where they were working, and left.  Then later that night, Eddie followed up to not only ensure I was satisfied with his service, but also that my Wife was.  Again, I could not have asked for more in Customer Service.  He definitely went above and beyond. <br /> <br /> And without a doubt, the product (windows) he provided were equal in quality to companies that charges 25% - 40% more. <br /> <br /> I have already spoken with Eddie about replacing all the windows in my home.  I look forward to working with him and his team again.  I believe in his product and services, and have recommended him to my neighbor (who has also decided to work with Eddie). <br /> They were the most professional workers my wife and I have ever used. They arrived on time, completed the job in the time they stated and for the quoted cost. In addition, they cleaned up after they were done with vaccuums and brooms so that you could not tell workers had been there.  My wife and I highly recommend Advanced Roofing, Siding and Windows and would check with them first on any large home projects that we may need in the future and would be glad to provide  a reference if need be to anyone who might be thinking of using them. <br />
