Advanced Roofing was beyond impressive. I originally called them to quote me for a new roof, but when they came out they let me know that in fact I had some years left on mine, and just recommended to do some repair work and increase the venting efficiency for my home to help with the hot summer months. Most roofing companies I have worked with have been very difficult, but Advanced Roofing was extremely professional and prompt through the whole process. It took a few weeks for me to decide to get the work done, but when I did they were here the next business day to do the repairs. During the repairs the roofers were extremely professional and worked diligently to get the work done in a single day. It was a windy day which caused them to have to work a bit slower, but I am happy they were able to be safe and get it done that day. They were even kind enough to repair the fence that got damaged because the high winds blew it shut while they were working. Can't say enough good things about this company and wish I could give more stars. 11/10 Highly recommend!

This roofing company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Highly unprofessional found beer cans on roof. Carlos and David where suppose to finish my roof in 1 week it's been over 3weeks only quarter of the work is done which sub par at best and will probably not pass inspections. They started installing shingles before the inspection and they did it thinking they would be able get away with the bad work by covering it..the inspector has asked them to remove the shingles that have been installed so far so he can Inspect the shingles these guys for the last to week have not bothered to do that and are telling me they are waiting for the inspector whenever the inspectors show up nobody's at work. I have contacted the company spoke to Carlos he still hasn't gotten back to me.

I was very pleased with their professionalism and did not feel pressured. His pricing was very reasonable and I felt comfortable with how things were explained and they were also able to fit me in last week on Friday so 3 days start to finish on the project.

I am really glad I learned about Advanced Roofing Systems from Angie's list. For whatever reason, maybe due to the recent earthquakes, certain tiles from my roof got loose and started to fall down. As you can imagine, it is a dangerous situation by itself, but the ones that were falling were right above my front door, which made the situation 100 times worse. I met with a few vendors, but when I spoke with Carlos, I had a good feeling that I would be able to get the problem fixed. Sure enough, Carlos assessed the situation and was honest about the project cost minimum and what needed to be done to fix the roof. Because of this, we decided to go with them for this project. The crew of two arrived bright and early as planned and went straight to work. They were professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They also came back when they said they would, which doesn't sound like much, but punctuality and reliability are critical when you have to get to work on time or have things to do. Carlos was responsive when we had questions, which gave us a sense of relief. Bottom line it that it was fixed quickly, hassle-free and worth every penny.

We needed our roof replaced and requested quotes from multiple roofing companies. Carlos was the first to reply, came to our home and personally inspected every bit of our roof, walked us through the quote and pricing, and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. The other 3 roofing companies quoted us without even getting up onto the roof and had to be chased down to get a finished quote, if they responded at all. Carlos had the best price, replied to every text and phone call quickly, and scheduled the work as soon as possible. The replacement took only 5 days from start to finish (they got delayed waiting for the city inspector to come out, so really only 4 days of work), and the one night there was even a small amount of rain, Carlos’s team came out right away to put plastic over the unfinished parts of the roof without us even knowing or asking. Once completed, Carlos did a walk around with us to ensure we were completely satisfied and answer any questions we had. I’d highly recommend Carlos and Advanced Roofing to anyone looking for a communicative, friendly, and reliable roofer.

Carlos and his team did an outstanding job. Carlos took the time to explain to us the Total Protection Roofing System Process, and that they would be using top-quality, new materials. It was important to me that the team not damage my flower garden, and Carlos took that very seriously and ensured that would not happen (and it didn't). The team cleaned up each day before leaving. An added plus was the financing option available, which we opted to take. I give Advanced Roofing Systems an A+!

When our roof sprang a small leak from the heavy February rain storms, I wasn't sure where to turn. A friend recommended Carlos and his team from Advanced Roofing Systems and they didn't disappoint. Carlos returned my call in a timely manner and was able to send out a technician quickly to diagnose and remedy the problem. Their team did an exceptional job fixing the leak and the work was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend calling Advanced Roofing Systems for any of your roofing needs.

We were worried about our leak because the forecast showed that it would be raining in a few days. We contacted Advanced Roofing and they were responsive and sent out someone to check out our roof ASAP. Erick was the guy who came by. He was awesome. We were worried about the possibility of starting the project and then having them come up with a surprise like many other companies do but Erick simply assessed the situation, explained it thoroughly to us, and then proceeded to complete the job exactly as he said. The job was done in a timely manner and when the rain came, to our satisfaction, there was no more leak! Highly recommend these guys/Erick!
