David Garfield did an amazing job. He started and completed the project as scheduled. He was extremely professional and thoroughly cleaned the work area before he left. He helped us plan the colors and design. The finished job exceeded our expectations. The cost of the project was very reasonable. I wish I had taken before pictures so that I had documentation of his excellent work transforming our 40 year old front porch cement slab. . It is without reservation that we highly recommend him.

Dave took a lot of time getting the colors and shapes perfect, and the eyesore is now an attraction. Everyone thinks that it is flagstone. It has been durable and low maintenance. Over the years, we have had a couple of cracks develop (in the underlying decking- not the resurfacing) and Dave has repaired them and blended them masterfully.

Once I made my decision we set a date and CTi: *Showed up on time. *Ran into no problems (I have had contractors try to add on things unforeseen, which boosts up the bill $. *Completed the job with professionalism, dedication and commitment to quality. *Explained to me how long to let the materials set and how to correctly care for. I highly recommend David at CTi for his personal involvement, giving me options on what would look great (and it does!), his conscientious attitude (David called me a few days after the job was complete to make sure I was happy!) and his "Taking Care of Business" (David and I agreed on a day & schedule and it was completed as planned, weather permitting, of course. It was a pleasure working with David at Advanced Surfaces Inc./CTi, I highly recommend this company for any decorative concrete patching and resurfacing. Dave & his team came to our place, on time, didn't block our driveway, worked during the day and cleaned the area up at the end of the workday.  The following day it was the same process, arrive on time, didn't block the driveway up, and when done working, cleaned up the area.  The final product is a joy to walk on, and to look at.   <br /> <br /> My wife & I agree, we recommend without hesitation ADVANCED SURFACES/cti to all friends and our shoreline community members.   <br />

Excellent.  David Garfield was a pleasure to work with.  He returned our calls promptly and always acted in an amiable and professional manner.  David seemed to take great pride in his work.  He was on site the entire time and worked extremely hard for 3 days.  He had an assistant (who was also very professional) who worked with him.  I was extremely impressed with David's work and would highly recommend him.  My pool deck looks like new.  In addition, the deck now has a more textured and less slippery surface which is very important for a pool deck area.

Dave Garfield did a great job and we couldn't be happier with the results.  The front stoop looks like new and we love the color which matches our house and our new paver front walkway.  Dave was great to work with - offered suggestions, started and finished on time, protected other areas and kept everything neat and clean, produced a quality and professional result, and even came back to check on his work several days later. <br /> I would highly recommend Dave Garfield and Advanced Surfaces/CTI for any concrete resurfacing projects.  He is honest, professional and cares about his work.  The before and after results are really amazing, and the concrete resurfacing option was much more cost effective than other options we explored, and even comes with a 10 year warranty. <br />

Mr. Gardiner came twice as we decided exactly what style to utilize. He began work the very next day, and seven hours later our dilapidated concrete steps looked like custom new. Now with a better look and better traction. <br />

I called Dave Garfield, he came the very day I called to give a quote.  Not only was he able to fix the concrete I thought was beyond repair, he was able to make evrything look fantastic.  He showed up exactly when he said he would, worked hard all day and cleaned up before he left.  The steps look amazing and I am no longer embarassed to have people see my steps.  Several of my neighbors came to see the work in process and were so impressed that they are asking him to do work at thier houses.  I am so happy with the work done and Dave was a pleasure to deal with.  I will be calling him back next year for my pool deck! <br />

The warranty and longevity of the company stood out. He showed up when he said that he would show up. He did a little more than he said he was going to do because some problems showed up that he wasn’t expecting so he fixed it without adding any more to the cost.
