Work went well and done while I waited. <br /> Quality job that has stood the test of time. No problems. <br />

They were very professional and were on time for my appointment.  It took about 30 minutes but the hole was not completely filled and still was visible.  The windshield did not crack farther in that area though. <br />

I drove my car to Renton.  Waited a few minutes for the job to be completed and left with a clear windshield. <br />

I have 2 rock chips in my windshield - one is fairly major, the other pretty minor.  My plan was to have them fix the worse of the two, and not worry about the other one..  I called on a Wednesday and got an appointment for the next day.  I arrived on time and instructed the service rep as to my preferences.  he was polite and professional.  The service was completed in less than 30 minutes, and he repaired both rock chips and did not charge me extra.  He said it wasn't much more work to do both since they were close to each other, etc. <br /> I even offered to pay extra for the over-the-top service, but he graciously refused. <br /> I've been wanting to get my windows tinted and unsure where to go.  Now I know..."Advanced Tint"! <br />

They pointed out a smaller chip next to the main chip. I had to pay extra to get the smaller chip repaired. I believed the repair would make the chip invisible, but it remains slightly visible. <br />

This was a Angie's List Big Deal offer.  The orginal offer was window chip repair for $40. The cost seemed a little high for a transaction that didn't involve insurance, but the repairs were good quality and the repairs were done quickly despite not having an appointment.  I'd go back for future chip repair if time was an issue. <br />

Per above, no concerns.  I arrived earlier than my appointment and they we're able to get started earlier which was a pleasant suprise.  They completed the work in the amount of time they quoted and it looks great.

After speaking with a representative from Advanced Tint on the phone, I was immediately impressed with how knowledgeable and courteous they were. I then arranged with them to come to my home to provide an estimate (which was free of charge!). Kyle arrived promptly (a few minutes early in fact!) for our appointment. He measured all windows quickly and then proceeded to thoroughly go over all of the film options with me. After deciding on the films for the project with him, Kyle was able to give me a rough estimate of the cost of the project right there on the spot. The next morning I had an exact project proposal in my e-mail inbox. I scheduled the installation for the following Friday. Kyle and Alex arrived on Friday, about 5 minutes early. They kindly removed their shoes at the front door and quickly got to work. They were both very careful of my belongings and very professional- no talking on cell phones, no crude language as i have experienced with other "professionals". Very clean and tidy. Aside from some friendly chit chat with myself, they were very quiet and efficient. The work turned out spectacular! The film appears to be "one" with the glass- no noticeable cut marks, no bubbles, no anything! Just nice, clean, now tinted glass! The film really helps cut down on the glare in my home, and I'm sure will help keep it cooler in the event that we have another hot spring and/or summer. I am very impressed, to say the least, with the level of professionalism and pride that Kyle and Alex take in their work. I will highly recommend Advanced Tint to anyone looking for expert knowledge and installation of window film at a very competitive price. Kudos guys!
