I recently purchased a home in Johnson county Kansas and when I had inspections done, samples, came back for high levels of mold, The original company wasn’t very responsive or Able to explain to me The specifics of the situation, So I reached out to Advantaclean and spoke with Kevin Full. He has a vast Knowledge About different species of molds and ways to combat them in household areas. His team came out On the day that was scheduled, and I have to say that they did an impeccable job with the way that they cleaned all surfaces of the sub basement And ducts within the home. I would literally recommend this company to anyone who was in need, Because whenever I walked in and seen the Drastic differences, I was so impressed that I felt the need to call and leave this review! This project was excellent from the start with posting online and hearing from them by phone in a matter of minutes. We scheduled an appointment with Brandon for the next day who professionally handled my situation calmly and alleviated my anxiety tremendously. Within another day I had the estimate; I agreed and within another day I had a signed contract. Then he fit me in to their schedule asap. The crew who came out today was amazing. It looks and smells so clean like brand new construction! They are so in tune with details, being very thorough and extremely conclusive. I couldn’t be happier. These guys are the true “mold remediation/solution guys”! Five stars plus plus!!! *****

The inspection process was thorough and professional, Kevin's quote explained all the steps in the process. On the day of the service, Randy and Cordell were exceptional and provided excellent information on what was to be done, what to expect, and answered all my questions. The actual mold remediation quick, and came in at what had been quoted. Fast, high quality work and they left the area very clean! I would recommend AdvantaClean to others who need mold remediation services.

Water Removal Recovery Service
They did not explain what they would or would not do. I had to call them twice to get them to come back out, pick up their fans and finish doing what they were doing. They then said they were too busy which is the reason they did not get back to me. They also requested money before they were finished with the job.

We thought we communicated that we would not charge you any extra for the extra days the equipment was on site because we could not get back to your house quickly to pick up the fans at the conclusion of the drying project. We were busy with many other flooded basements at that time, but should have done a better job of letting you know of our schedule. We do request a downpayment to start a job, and because we agreed to only charge you our minimum charge, we collected the whole amount up front."

Kevin Full and his team did a mold removal project for us. To say I would recommend him highly is an understatement. High integrity, excellent work and exceptional customer service. I would trust Kevin implicitly. He will never suggest that work be done that isn't necessary. And he has an excellent team. We had a significant amount of things that had a layer of mold on them so there were many items that needed to be thrown out. But Kevin has his team trained very well to be on the look-out for items which might be important for a family to save. There was not only excellent communication from Kevin, but from his team as well. I would be happy to speak with anyone personally about our experience with Kevin Full and AdvantaClean.

What a great company and response. We had some water issues from the recent bad weather. Kevin came out and checked everything for moisture and mold. He was really helpful, even though he didn’t find anything. Would “highly” recommend Kevin and AdvantaClean????

No one ever expects to wake up to discover that an upstairs toilet had been over-flowing all night and it is now raining in the living room. When it happened to us, we were devastated. Only a month earlier, we had painted and installed new carpet on the main level of our house. Now, there was water everywhere and we did not have a clue about what to do first. A friend recommended we call a more well-known water mitigation company. The person who answered said someone would contact us within the hour. After 2 hours of no call, we decided to call the next company on the list, AdvantaClean. I am so glad we got to the privilege of working with AdvantaClean. Seriously, within 30 minutes, Dave S., the Project Manager, arrived to talk with us and inspect the damage. He explained what would need to happen and what we should do concerning insurance and our undamaged belongings. Within an hour or 2, he ordered a diesel heater (our furnace got knocked out), a container for our dry belongings, and a crew with all of the dehumidifiers and air cleaners that would fit in our house. Over the next week, Dave and his crew pulled out everything that was wet, took pictures of everything and coordinated with the insurance adjuster and the parade of other service providers that came and went through our house. As you can imagine, we were quite distressed while watching our home be ripped apart, down to the studs. We asked a lot of dumb & what-if and & do-you-think.. questions that Dave would have had no way to answer. But he was honest and forthright but delicate and empathetic with us. He always had time to listen to us. Several nights after the crew had left, we would get a text from Dave asking if we were doing alright. I have never had any business or service provider check in on us like that. It is a level of service that I thought no longer existed, these days. Even now, almost 3 weeks since AdvantaClean finished with the mitigation, Dave still checks in with us. Simply WOW! Now we are ready to start rebuilding. We took a couple of weeks to hire a restoration company. After receiving several bids we decided to go with the company that is endorsed by Dave and AdvantaClean, in the first place. If Dave trusts them, then we will trust them, too! Overall, Dave and AdvantaClean took a terrible situation and actually made it somewhat pleasant and tolerable. I had a few sleepless nights in the beginning but once I knew that Dave had things under control, I started sleeping through the night. I hope we never have an incident that will require us to call AdvantaClean, again. But if we do, they are at the TOP of our list!

Brandon was wonderful! I called the company at 4:30 pm and he happened to be in the area and was at the house in 15 minutes. My 4 year old dishwasher leaked last summer and was repaired but found leaking at the same spot again last week with a $400+ estimate to repair. Hardwoods cupped under washer and about 1 foot out. Had been drying with a fan, but when the moisture meter arrived I ordered, it showed alot of moisture yet. So I was more concerned about mold possibilities. Brandon came in and used his infrared scanner to detect concerning moisture and a moisture meter. He stated he wasn't overly concerned at this point mold would have grown already, but helped set up a space heater with the fan behind it to speed drying time. He told me what to look for in the hardwoods and said to take pics when the appliance removed to assess for mold on drywall behind it and text him the pics. He stressed to dry asap but most likely mold shouldn't be a problem and encouraged me to call him any time with concerns. All consultation and advice free of charge. I'm trying to find a handyman to pull the machine before the installers come next week with the new machine. If there is concern for mold at all, I will absolutely use Brandon and AdvantaClean for any remediation needed. His promptness, integrity and honesty were so appreciated! I am encouraged I won't have a huge mess on my hands, but if I do, it can be handled. Brandon was in the home 20-25 minutes. Thank you!!

This was a three-day project to perform basement mold remediation and air duct cleaning. After the initial meeting, I had to rattle their cage a bit to get a bid and to get the project scheduled. The office told me the representative I had met with had gone on vacation. Once the project began, the crew that did the work was hard-working and professional. Overall, they did a good job. There were some surfaces that I think should have wiped down or wire brushed that weren't. I found one small hole in an air duct that wasn't sealed after the air duct cleaning. It would be ideal to have a follow-up by the company after the work is done to assure client satisfaction. These were the only issues that prevented me from giving a straight A rating across the board. However, I think their price was fair and would not hesitate to use this company's services again.
