I have used Advantage construction on a number of occasions. From a whole house flip, to structural repairs, to bathroom and kitchen remodels, they always do a professional job. I have been super pleased and would use them again!

Advantage Construction helped transform an old house into a fully functioning coffee shop, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. What sets them apart is the ongoing support—Advantage continues to handle our monthly maintenance, and it’s been a huge relief having a reliable, responsive team that already knows our building inside and out. Professional, dependable, and easy to work with every step of the way.

A unique situation involving removal of a Four Season sunroom consisting of 37 windows without a mess. Then installing 10 new windows, extending the roof with all the necessary siding and insulation required. We look forward to working with Advantage Construction in our next home project.

Corky, Sean, and their team are the best contractors I've ever hired! Punctual, helpful, reasonably priced, fair with out-of-scope add-ons, quality work and so much more. I don't think I could have done the project with a better team! They went above and beyond in suggesting websites to explore my options and save $$, were happy to pick up all materials (saving me delivery fees), and share their vast experience on accomplishing my goals. Plus my dog loved Corky and Sean and we all know dogs are great judges of character.

Corky and crew did a beautiful job on our beach home renovation. He and his crew were kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We enjoyed getting to know all of them and would definitely use them again. We are grateful for the time they dedicated to our project. We love our newly renovated home-away-from-home.

It went well. If there was a problem I would call his cell phone directly and he would come that day to fix the issue.

jobs went great, roof which was the only time sensitive job was done very quickly and professionally with quality work. Door/floor replacement was also done very well but we were not in a hurry so when the doors took a while to arrive that was the only delay, the quality of work was exceptional, we had replaced one of the doors when we purchased the house 12 years ago and it was not done properly. I was never pressured about payment and the job was done on budget.

Corkey and his crew were great, did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier, and when my building got broken into he worked it in to fix that for me. I am planning on having him back again!!!!

I have never been more pleased with a contractor in all the years I have owned a home. Corky was very professional & from the first meeting he has been totally cooperative and professional. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we got a totally professional job done in a punctual timeframe. I am planning to use Corky for some additional work including painting the entire interior of the house. The quality of the work is excellent and he deserves a very high rating.

Greg is definitely a detail guy and I am confident he does excellent work. It went great! Corky did a great job. He was flexible with the design process and very patient with us. He was a hands on GC and was at the sight almost always supervising and actually doing the work. I would highly recommend Corky and would certainly use him again in the future

Our project included a full kitchen remodel, complete flooring replacement, remodel of 3 bathrooms, painting and electrical work. Corky was very professional, cost conscious, punctual and delivered on our requirements. He offered design ideas that improved the remodel. Corky, Mike and the rest of the team are craftsmen, who understand how to solve the problems encountered in a project of this size. They have been a pleasure to work with. The results of the project are outstanding. We look forward to working with Corky and his team in the future and we would highly recommend them to work on any project.

We are very pleased with the quality of their work and their taking the time to explaining in detail what they would be doing and why, and their skill in alerting some serious problems of which we were unaware. We would certainly turn to him for other work.

Fantastic, Corkie and his guys were exceptional ! This was a massive Job, Walls coming down etc brand new floors, bathroom completely gutted and renovated. Corkie was a pleasure too work with. He was upfront when we hit snags and his guys worked tirelessly to correct little things that came up as they always will on these projects. I would recommend Corkie and his guys ! and we will use them again.

It was a great process. An estimate was done while I was working. The owner and foreman came on a Saturday to go over everything he had on his estimate. We agreed to some improvements and making the choices went well because they were both there. The work completed was amazing. I love my roof and my deck is beautiful.

Corky did a wonderful job on the bathroom project. It looks professional, clean, and update to date. He has done previous project for the former owners of our home and we are still impressed with the quality of his work. Highly recommended and will use his services in the near future!

The project turned out very nicely. We love the tile work and the final project and feel that Corky is a great craftsman. We would definately hire him again. We did however run into some challenges and I would advise any future clients to be sure and have a project manager on site throughout the project. Corky's team came into our fully furnished 3 bedroom condo and began working without covering any of the electronics, furniture, beddings. They spralled out throughout every room of the condo and used our dining room table, teak outdoor funiture as their work stations. (one of our teak chairs was broken during the wear and tear) Corky did fix the broken chair. My husband and I live out of town and came down after the first week to an entire condo covered in 1/4' of dust and dirt. We spent 17 hours cleaning and then went to the store and bought plastic sheeting to cover all of our furniture, electronics, lamps, couches, chairs, etc. We were very dissapointed that our property was so poorly treated. I will say that the final product was excellent and we were very pleased. If I work with Corky again I would be sure someone was there project managing from the first day to be sure that the standard prep is done and care is given to personal items.

The work was excellent and the crew was friendly, prompt and thoughtful. Corky was there most days working with his guys and it was nice that he was there to oversee everything. Since we were there during much of the construction they were very accommodating. When we added a few things along the way, Corky was very open to changing the scope of the work and had a lot of good suggestions and ideas. You can tell he has been doing this a long time and takes great pride in his work!

Great! Corky and his crew did a great job. I had some major repairs and renovations completed while trying to sell my home. Very good price and completed all the work in time for the closing even with weather delays. Can highly recommend.
