Did some roof work on my patio 1 year ago. They ran overtime and were slow to respond. A year later I had to hire someone else to fix the problems because Cary was worse than unresponsive. He had many excuses but no intention on coming back to fix the shoddy work. The roof leaks and is coming apart. Do not use them. I may have to sue in small claims court.

There were issues with their being here when they promised. If they hadn't told my wife a specific time, there would not have been a problem. I had to call them because they didn't show when they said they would be here. I realize the weather caused delays for them, but all you have to do is call me and explain why you are not here. My redhead wife doesn't understand someone not doing something when they say they are going to do it. I wasn't in that big a hurry, but once you tell my wife you are going to do something and a time, then you best do it. The enclosure is beautiful, great work crew and a first class job. Thanks

Cary Wilkinson was very professional and stayed in communication with us during the delay for the installation due to issues on our end. Cary responded quickly when a question occurred during the installation and immediately corrected the issue of our concern. Installer arrived promptly on the day of installation and completed the screened enclosure to our satisfaction. Very good company to work with.

I had some large panels of patio screening that needed to be replaced. Cary Wilkinson of Advantage Enterprises came out the next day, provided a written estimate, and setup for one of his team members to come out the next day, a Saturday, to replace the screening. Cody, the repaiman, arrived on time, spent a couple of hours replacing, not only the panels that were torn, but also a couple of additional small panels on the screen door and lower panels on the patio at no additional charge. He was courteous and hard working, and cleaned up after the work was done. Overall, a satisfactory experience. I'd used them again.

My project was "completed" and paid for( $5,000) November 2nd but Advantage Enterprises has still not made good on promises to fix the many problems found post construction. It's now mid-April. The main problem is we found an 8 inch gouge in one of the ceiling panels which our project manager promised to replace. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that you should not pay for a job until you have been able to inspect it in the daylight. The other complaint is the very messy work in attaching the roof to the old frame. Now the replacement screens have already fallen out of the screen door. On the positive side, the tile looks nice.

Project being completed in stages. First stage completed in very timely and professional manner.

They have worked for me for 5 years and I cannot give them a higher rating. They have come to our rescue several times, even at 2 in the morning. I highly recommend them.
