Very professional crew. Reroofed house and garage. Replace 3 skylights on house. You could not find any debris from reroof inside or out. I was thinking I would have to do some inside detailing on inside of skylights but they look perfect. Very, very happy with their workmanship. Highly recommended this company for your roofing needs.

They were very responsive and made the repair on the same day that I called. This was great as we had a large rain storm later that day.

We contacted Severin to see if he could do a bid and he came to our place, some distance away, the next day. He gave us an estimate for all the work we needed which was not unreasonable. Two of our outbuildings are on a steep hill at lake level. He said "no problem". He put us on his schedule for mid August. The last week of July we received a call saying he would start the following week. They completed the job in 3 days. The new metal roofs are beautiful. They cleaned up and removed every bit of mess!

Work was done well. It was done when they said it would be done. Clean up was done every day and during the day. Crew was polite, efficient. Even our neighbors were impressed with the quality of work by this company. I wish I could find more home improvement companies of this caliber. I highly recommend Neumann Construction Company.

Excellent work performed. New roofs look great. Care was taken to cover windows, siding, plantings and ground during project. Cleanup also was excellent.

They were very responsive to my concerns for dry rot and fixed everything I requested to have repaired. I also wanted facia board for the cabin and they were great when it came time to install it.  I was very happy with the work. <br>

Sev visited our site and gave us an estimate for the work we wanted done. His crew demoed the old roof, installed a metal roof, soffits and gutters in a timely manner.

Cost was exactly what the estimate was, with exception of small charge to repair rotted soffitt board of which we had not been aware.  Contractor showed up when promised (subject to a couple of days late due to weather issues), performed the work in a timely manner, and did an excellent job of installation and cleanup. Would definitely hire this contractor again in the future; very satisfied. <br />

Absolute professionals, On time and on budget! Great cleanup. These guys go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! We will hire them again in a heartbeat. Special Kudos to Kris who took time to track down a contractor to help us with an issue Neumanns didn't specialize in. We cant say enough good things about these guys, hire them and enjoy perfection!

So far Sev has provided me with a very detailed estimate and cost of the work that I need done. He did this in a timely manner and I was very impressed also he was very professional on the phone. I haven't had the work done yet as it is still winter but I expect that the quality will be first rate. <br />

Dealing with Sev Neumann and his co-owner (John) was a great experience from start to finish. They told me the job would take a bit less than 2 full days, and that's exactly what happened. Sev's quote was complete, and they showed me that they only use the highest quality of shingles and roofing materials (manufacturer, warranty, etc). I came to trust them right away. <br /> John came out on Thursday morning with a big crew (5 people, all dedicated and experienced workers). They came with all of the equipment they needed to rip off the old roof, deposit it in their and quot;trash truck,and quot; fix the bare roof as needed (some work was required on the garage and on the cabin), and then install the and quot;ice shield,and quot; underlayment, metal roof, flashing, etc. <br /> I could not be happier with the result. They did a first class job in a very timely manner, they cleaned up the area spotlessly (including using big rolling magnets to try to find loose nails), and John assured me that I could come to them with any follow-up questions or concerns that I might have later. <br /> I see a couple of recent (2014) Angie's List reviews that and quot;gigand quot; Neumann Construction for responsiveness in quoting. I believe they had a full schedule this year (and every year?) due to the great work they do, and due to their reputation. I noted that they were really busy constantly this year, and I worked with them during the Summer to allow them to fit me into a 2-day and quot;windowand quot; of their choosing, and it worked out well for both of us. If you have a and quot;rush joband quot; that has to be done and quot;now,and quot; then Neumann may not be the company for you because it seemed like they have so much work due to and quot;word of mouthand quot; referrals and reputation. <br /> In summary, I highly recommend Neumann Construction, based upon my experience with Sev and John and their people. Their price was very reasonable, and the work they did could not have been better in all respects (i.e. quality, professionalism, timing, materials, etc). <br />
