Advantage Plumbing

It ended up being a service call because the toilet was running and I couldn't figure out why.  So, the plumber fixed it.  He found out that the chain was not working.  He was on time.  He was very nice.  He was very professional.  He was good.  He said that if I needed anything else, he would take the service call charge off the next service.  I did have some other issues.  That was really nice.  The quality of service was good.  The price was nice; it wasn’t that expensive.  I had a friend who had a water-leaking problem two days ago and I recommended Advantage Plumbing.

We had a problem with water leaking from our upstairs shower to the kitchen below.  Advantage Plumbing was able to send a plumber the day we called and although they were a few hours later then they originally said, they were able to find the problem and fix it that day.

Advantage Plumbing arrived at our home within an hour and a half of being called. Both the person who initially answered my call, as well as the technician, were professional, attentive and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber expecially in an emergency situation.

James came out to give me a quote even during a rainy / storming evening (that shows commitment). He described the procedure and the details and a timeframe. Heath was very courteous and professional when I talked to him on the phone. I was pleased with how fast they were able to finish the job and the improved pressure in the faucets. I will use them when I add a second bathroom to the home

Of course this had to happen on Saturday....the P trap collapsed into pieces when I tried to clear the clog. Saw I was over my head and check for plumbers on Angie's List. They were busy but able to take my call and respond that day. James was very thorough in explaining the options available to me and professional in executing the plan.

James called to say he'd arrive in 10 minutes and 8 minutes later, there he was. Came for 2 issues and I threw a 3rd at him when he arrived. Never missed a beat, did all 3 so well and was pleasant and capable!! Said he's do some research for a future project and would call me later and that very afternoon was on the phone with everything he'd promised.... So pleased!

The job went great. I have dealt with them in the past too. The plumber is always very straightforward and honest. He tells me exactly what he is going to do before he does it. He also tells me exactly what it?s going to cost before he does it. He always does a really good job. That?s why I keep using him and I would definitely use his services in the future too.

Immediate pickup to phone call. Return call within the hour letting me know when they could be there. Calls later in the day saying they could be there eariler - and they actually did the work without me even being there which saved me a lot of stressful driving. Repair appears to be working perfectly and don't think the cost was out of line. Was offered a couple different options to repair. 60 year old house, so to have a pipe crack and be repaired for under 300... I think a reasonable deal for sure. Becky at the office was extremely polite in all our conversations today and made me feel appreciated. Will definately use again!

Very punctual, helpful. From Start to Finish these guys did a great job!

These guys showed up on time and ready to work. They diagnosed the problem...including an explanation that actually made sense (e.g. the house had settled a bit over the years and smashed the old drain line so that it was no longer round and it let in dirt and roots). They worked, hard, in 100 degree heat with good spirits and finished the job quickly and in budget. There were other problems with old pipes in our basement to which they said, 'If it was mine, I'd leave it as it is until it gets worse...could be next year, or 15 years from now".....which made me feel better and saved me a lot of money.

They were on time, friendly, did the job right and we're done by noon. I wish the price would have been better, but I didn't do a lot of research and was in bit of a situation, so I opted for their price. Overall they did a good job.

They were very sweet. They explained what to do, so I could do it cheaply. They were very frank with me. Their price was very competitive. They did a good job.

My tank blew up and I called them the next morning (after checking out your and their website), made an appointment for the next day and was happy with the work they did.

It went very well and I am using Advantage Plumbing for some other project I am having done.

Advantage Plumbing was great! They arrived when they said they would and had our troubles solved in no time. I will always use Advantage Plumbing and will reccomend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
