"[member name removed], First of all I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the results. As you can imagine I was quite shocked to get this review (based on all of my previous reviews), 2 months after the work was performed. In terms of the caulk color, it is actually Biscuit and I discussed this color choice with your son, who was left to manage the project prior to putting it in (It doesn't make any difference what color I use, it's the same cost and amount of labor to do. The decision was made after seeing the color and knowing the benefits of biscuit over a color matched caulk.) I thoroughly cleaned all areas at least twice and a couple of them three times, they appeared to clean great, however upon leaving I explained that grout gets dark when wet and should dry up to the correct color. I also explained that if this didn't happen, to please give me a call to come back out to touch it up. This review is the first communication that you have made with me. I believe this review to be misleading and unfair. I showed up early both for the estimate and the job. I am always professional and take great pride in my work. Again, I am sorry that you were not happy. Thank you, Aaron"
