Advantage Tile & Grout Cleaning

Josh and Brady were great to work with. They assessed the tile and grout issues that was left behind by a previous contractor and recommended an affordable solution. The work was done very well and I'd definitely recommend them for future work.

Had a great experience and am very pleased with the work done. The owner Josh Jacks was responsive to my inquiry and despite a busy schedule, was able to fit me in right away for both the estimate and for completing the work on my tight deadline. His estimate was much less than a competitor and the results are very impressive indeed. Josh communicated clearly throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions along the way. His crew was professional and hard-working and they did a fantastic job. I can't believe how great my bathrooms and floors look - like brand new! I would highly recommend Josh and Advantage Tile and Grout Cleaning and would definitely use them again.

The first day, the damage was discovered after cleaning the grout and removing some tiles. After removing most of the main tiles, Josh tried cleaning them, but my caulking with silicone made them unusable. My bad. So he bought some inexpensive tiles that matched our color and added a pretty granite pencil design to tie it in with our room color. Wow! On the fourth day, after cleaning everything up to a shine, I almost cried at the beautiful job they did. My husband rarely compliments people on their fine work, but he had to tell Josh what an excellent job he and his crew did. If we ever need to tile the floor and replace the shower frame, we will call on Josh Jax of Advantage Tile and Grout Services. They were prompt, explained each step, and were enthusiastic in their efforts to create an elegant shower at reasonable cost. I hope we can find other home contractors as terrific as they have been.

The Big Deal was $25 good for $50 towards tile or grout cleaning jobs.

Aaron's guy did a great job.  My only concern was that the person who came out to do the job failed to put up plastic to wrap appliances in to protect from the spray.  I cleaned them afterward.  The young man came with Aaron when I asked him to come back and apologized twice which I appreciated. <br /> I waited a couple of days to see how the grout would look after completely drying.  Aaron had said that if I wasn't happy they would come out and redo it.  I did ask him to come back.  Aaron himself came out this time with the young man from before  and I am happy with the result.  He is very pleasant to work with, and a hard worker.  He takes pride in his work and having happy customers. <br /> The only other comment is that I did do the lifetime sealer for the granite counters in the kitchen.  This person does not work for Aaron or his company directly I believe, but was a company that he suggested.  For that, although I am happy with the result, I don't believe I would spend that much money to do again.  And you have to be sure to use their product to keep the warranty effective. <br /> However, I would use Aaron and his company again for grout cleaning.  A great job! <br />

I hired this company to come out and clean my travertine floor, but mostly to deep clean the grout and re-seal the flooring.  The grout in parts of the rooms where not used so much didn't need this kind of deep cleaning.  But the kitchen, entry, and powder room did. <br /> Aaron's guy came out and did the job by himself initially after Aaron had reviewed what needed to be done, explained how it would be done, and gave an estimate. <br /> Initially, after the first cleaning, I was hoping for a bit brighter appearance of the grout.  BUT, understand that I have a fairly light colored grout.  I called Aaron and we discussed his coming out again to re-do, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO US. <br /> Aaron and his employee came out again on the 30th and re-did the cleaning and re-sealed the tile.  It is still wet, and I can't walk on it for a couple of hours, but I feel the result will be what I am waning. <br /> Aaron, hats off to  you for you dedication to doing an excellent job.  I so appreciate your coming out again, despite the time and money it costs YOU to re-do this to our satisfaction. <br /> This company is GREAT.  Aaron is  responsive, and wants to please his customers.  He is easy to talk with and just an all around terrific guy.  I would recommend this company highly! <br />

Before entering my condo, Aaron and his employee took off their shoes.   Aaron told me what he would do, approximately how long it would take and what it would cost.   They did what they needed to do.   It was obvious that Aaron was training his employee and I thought his instruction was very good.   They left the bathroom clean and told me not to use the shower for 24 hours.    I was pleased with the results. <br />

I had a very positive experience with Advantage tile and grout cleaning.  Aaron quickly returned my call and arrived on time for our appointment for an estimate.  He explained what needed to be done to clean and revitalize my master shower.  He was very polite and professional.  We agreed on a price and made an appointment for the work to be done.  Aaron and his helper arrived on time and completed the work quickly and neatly.  My master shower now looks brand new. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done.  I would highly recommend his services to my friends and will use him again for any grout/tile work. <br />

Advantage arrived a few minutes early and got to work.  We left to get out of their way, returning about 6pm to find the floors thoroughly cleaned and grout sealed.  They did an excellent job.  I plan to use them again soon for another job. <br />

Our condominium was built in 2008, but the units were not sold and occupied until 2012, so we are the first occupants.   Our unit has a large master bath with a ceramic tile floor that looks like ancient, distressed, stone tile.  We noticed that the grout was uneven and soft in places.  The grout actually dissolved in a few places when we tried to use a brush to clean it.  We were pretty sure it had never been sealed properly. <br /> Based on Angie's List ratings, we called Aaron in to take a look at it.  He told us that the grout applied during construction was probably not mixed properly (too thin, watery) and thus didn't ever cure properly.  This was the reason for the soft spots and the uneven color in places.  We had him examine the shower and he identified a few small issues, as well.   <br /> Because it was unsightly, unsanitary, and possibly a risk to other units in the building, we wanted to have the whole room re-grouted and all the shower issues fixed.  Aaron e-mailed us an estimate for the work that evening.  We thought it was reasonable and scheduled the work within a couple of days.   <br /> Aaron and his helper, Brandon, showed up right on time and completed this messy and complicated job with a minimum of mess and bother.  We are very pleased with the finished look.  Because of the uneven and distressed look of the tile, grouting it was not an easy job. It's a huge improvement over the original. and we are happy that we now have a watertight and nice looking bathroom floor and shower.  <br /> Aaron is a super professional! <br />

They arrived 5 minutes prior to the appointed schedule, and were quick about their work. All aspects of the job were carried out in a very professional manner, paying attention to detail. The job site was very clean when they left, and they advised us on proper future care for the shower and kitchen floors.  Both the Kitchen and Master Shower look as good as the day theywere first installed.  We would welcome Advantage Tile & Grout Cleaning back in our home for future services.  Completely professional and knowledgable about their services.  Only time will tell about longevity of the repairs, but I am confident about the outcome. <br />

The job went wonderfully. He was very professional.  He did the job well, and was a good communicator.

The estimate was an easy process.  It took about two weeks to get the work scheduled after the estimate.  This was because we were including polishing of marble vanities.  The day of the work, they arrived right on time.  They took care to protect our floors and walls.  They did a great job of taping everything off for the polishing work.  I was amazed at the results.  First, our marble vanities look brand new and flawless.  There were a lot of stains and etchings.  This has all been removed and it looks perfect!  Second, the granite looks so much better than we ever expected in our wildest dreams.  There was a lot of glue and residue (from prior owner).  All of this was removed and they are stunning.  Third, it looks like we have new floors in the laundry, mud and bath rooms.  The grout is spotless and everything is clean, clean, clean.  I will definitely call Advantage Tile again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to clean tile, stone, and grout.

Aaron arrived on time and got right to work. He helped me move furniture from one area to another so he could do one section at a time. The dog was exiled to a bedroom, as were the cats. The job took about 4 hours and was excellent. It is as though we have a new floor. I am very pleased with the work Aaron performed and would recommend him highly.

Aaron responded to my initial contact on the same day.  He came to the house a day or two later to provide an estimate for work.  His estimate was lower than a previous one that we had received, but what I liked the most was that he does the work himself.  He does not use contractors.  We made an appointment for the work that suited us both approximately 10 days later.  He arrived at 9 in the morning and worked straight through until about 4 in the afternoon.  He explained everything that he was doing and checked with us at several stages to be sure we agreed with his plan.  He was very professional, very neat, and nice to work with.  The finished product looks great.  I highly recommend him and his excellent service.
